  • Walked across that bridge less than a week ago \m/

  • @hiralagos That's great. I did walk across it yesterday many times. You can hardly move in tampere and not to cross it.

  • @Karobella I have to say, being a English person and seeing all them willies, frightful stuff! You crazy Finns love to get you kit off and run around in the snow, something that is a little difficult for me to adjust to. Anyways, while in Tamere I was practising my Finnish and asked people "Where can I find the nearest 'Ruokakirjastot'?". I like FInland alot and Tampere was a pretty cool city, I hope you get your camera back so you can do more tours.

  • @Karobella Also, Finnish accents rule so dont think its bad English

  • I was here.

  • i like this city , so much ,cool

  • The river Tammerkoski devides Tampere in westside and eastside.. not the bridge.. :D

  • Wohoo paras paikka :D.

  • voi helvetti :D vitun hauskaaahahha :D

  • Most popular bridge in tampere haha good one :p Officially?

  • Nice video. I used to work in Pappan Kappaka long time ago, just across the street where you stop the video. I do not know if is still there!!! Kiitos.

  • Yes, it still is there :)

  • Karobella, why you have not made more videos from Tampere ???

  • my camera was stolen and I have no money for new camera, so it can take while before i can put new videos here. but i'll promise you, i'm going to make some new video from Tampere as soon as i can.

  • Sehän on TAMMERKOSKI!

  • Im from Germany and I've been to Tampere 4 weeks ago and really every second word, said by an Suomi is vittu... And it is always the first word you get explained from Finnish girls.

the second word most times is 'alea' ( i dont konw how to wright it :S ), but it does mean something like silly, or dump...

aaaand i've learned dordä :DDD donno how to write it... and in das mean: girl ;)

  • You have been tricked bad time dude...

    Vittu = cunt

alea = can't find any word what match with finnish word silly/dumb.

and word dordä, i think you are looking work "dorka" what means dumb.

  • Well ! what IS the name of that river ... ad funny I had a german today ask me, as I showed

them the same film I took., Well know Hämeensilta, but the rivers name ! ...?

  • olisitte esitelly vielä puistolavan, juoppojen ykkösmesta...

  • Voi vittu teidän kanssa !! Suomalaisten maine on mennyttä kun teitte tän videon...

Jo 0:13 kohdassa - beer i want drink beer...

    Pff

  • Mikä ihmeen maine :D se meni jo kauan ennen meidän syntymäämme.

  • pahasti nolasit kyl ittes ku teit tän video:D ei millä pahla

  • how do i say fuck you in suomi ?? i really want to know. i asked that on the wittumii video and i came back to check for an answer and its gone !! now im sad... ::cries::

  • Fuck, as it means "vagina" is Vittu in finnish.

    Thats the "bad word".

  • that is not a river...

  • I'm in Tampere all this week :o) I'm looking forward to some snow and some minus temperatures :o) Last year it was only -1 when I was there.

  • Hum, nice video ! Can I drink with you when I be in Finland ?

  • Interesting guide... are you actually always drunk? :o

  • Not always :D Only when we have some reason to drink. (which means almost always)

  • Ah, I see. :D Some months ago we had some people from Finland here as guests. They were very astonished about the low price of beer in Germany and they drank a corresponding amount of it. @.@

  • I can imagine that. :D

German beer is famous in finland.

  • And so is Finish music in Germany. :) What does Vakirauta actually mean?

  • hmm. this is hard one. it's old finnish word, and i think "sword" would be some kind of translation. Old, iron sword.

  • im going to tampere in october, i cant wait. i love your city, it is much cooler than my one in scotland, i won't want to leave:D

  • i have always wanted to visit Scotland. I love the way you speak english there.

  • you should we have great country too, i am leaving to live in tampere because i love finland more ;)

  • Finland is great place to live, but i would want to live also in Scotland and Ireland. And maybe in some day i will.

  • what do you like to do in tampere? im going to see ilves when im there for sure ;)

  • Blah, i prefer Tappara :P I usually drink coffee and talk with my friends, or having fun time in the Koskenranta drinking beer or somehting with my firends, going to pakkahuone or tampere-talo to see concerts and so on. I think best places in tampere are library, Valo café and Pakkahuone. You should check out if there is any good bands playing in pakkahuone when you arrive. and one of the best bars in tampere is Inferno.

  • yeah i will definatly be checking those places out, tappara on perseesta ;) i have a couple of friends in tampere, if i can find work here i wont return to scotland. this city is awesome

  • I should maybe visit Tampere ... the next time I am in Finland :p

The last time, I was just staying in the centre of Helsinki.

  • Poor you, helsinki is cold and ugly city. You really should visit tampere, i think tampere is the city with a soul ;)

  • Yeap - I think Suvi will take me there when I visit in December.

I think you know Suvi ;P

  • I know two girls named Suvi. Skogstroll and Suvitroll, i think you mean this Suvitroll who lives near helsinki?

  • SuviTroll, yes ;)

  • She said that if we visit Tampere, we would probably meet you ^^

  • Also... jakaa can mean "divide" too..

That is what I think you mean to say :)

  • Yeas, i think it too. but it's just finglish so there is not so big matter :D And i think Suvi's idea is good.

  • Heh, very nice. Tampere is a great place, I'm leaving soon and I'll certainly miss it.

    Go Tampere United!

  • Tampere rocks
