i think i know why bebe's the man the manchester united scoute wanted to buy, he's young, very good in both positioning and off ball siituations, despite his finishing he knows how to do crossings or pass the ball brilliantly, he looks brave but could try to do something too much in such a simple task. (he could have finish with a kick from that distance but instead he tried to do a bicycle kick and got it all wrong 0:04) but he seems to be a focused,brave and quick player, alot of talent!

Juan Sebastian Veron didnt quite show his true potential at Manchester which cost nearly 30 million or Diego Forlan himself but they proven an excellent player with their current teams.

bebe is absolutely shit!! to pay £7 mil for him is like paying £10million for a bucket of piss. he has no left leg and cannot cross and he was a subbed sub against wolves at old trafford. i am a man utd fan and seeing as money is so tight there you would wonder why ferguson payed so much for a player he never saw play, when for a small amount more, players like van der vaart and ozil could have be signed and actually improved the team.

@fargoboyles Ozil was never coming to man utd and he signed him on the urge of his top scout in Portugal who found players like Ronaldo and Nani. Jesus the problem with people these days is that there is no patience you cannot seriously expect someone who has been playing as a teenager on one of the most inconsistent organizations in portuguese liga football to hit the ground running so they say. Everyone in football expected him to take a year or two to adjust to the english game and he will.

@LegendOfOldTrafford bebe is different, nani and ronaldo immediately showed ability, just needing some fine tuning and an atitude change. they were bought on solid scouting from a feeder club and in ronaldos case, fergie had seen first hand against united how good he was.

@fargoboyles okay i agree with you but he has an amazing amount of potential to me i really think he needs to learn from Ferguson for 1 or 2 years...he tries way to hard. Once Bebe gets more acustomed to living there and more acustomed to the Man United system he will be more relaxed on the pitch and show his qualities....and he does have a left leg he showed it a couple times in this video here.

That happened once... like I said, two goals already and he isn't even used to the league. United fans called Obertan the next Henry yet he hasn't even managed that amount in nearly two years. Benfica have won close to 30 portuguese league titles if not more i have to check that again the biggest rivalry in Portugal will always be Sporting v Benfica. Porto yes have had a few good years but to me they wont last the long haul. Benfica and Sporting have always fluctuated but have always created legends and cult heroes Porto just train young starlets and sell em.

Macao China formerly portuguese colony most of the football fans there probably Benfica Fans. Many Reigons in Africa former portuguese colonies Benfica fans. Pretty much everyone who is portuguese and is a football fan identifies with Benfica trust me i love footballing history you are just a fool.
