@sangfroidjen I know it may seem that way, but I've performed with Anton a lot, and he's just concentrating. He's so focused on stage. But it's not all the time. He really does try to smile but his face drifts back into that serious look. If you just look into his eyes on stage and and smile, he'll feed off your vibe and smile back, and he relaxes a little.
Is there a reason why she is not a principal yet? Seems like it's about time, didn't she graduate in 1999? It would seem like Novikova and Obraztsova would be promoted ahead of her pretty soon and they both graduated in 2003.
so lovely - how it should be; and this mood is often forgotten nowadays.

Anton always seems to have this deer in headlights look onstage. I don't know...it's kinda endearing yet annoying at the same time.
