The waters outside my hometown Svolvær, the woman statue is the wife of a fisherman, many tourists think she is waveing to the ships coming into the port. What she is realy doing is holding her hand up against the stormy wheater scouting for her housband who is lost in the storm.

This is real Lofoten. The song is the Norwegian Winnersong of Eurovision songcontest -95. Nocturn. Rolf Løvland is the composer. It`awesome. I`m from Lofoten, and i have driven bus there for manny years. Tourists just love it. An American said that now he was goinghome too die. There was nothing more too see in the world.
