it's main advantage is that hybrid usually learns pole arm fury first for faster training from 70-100 on bigger mobs like pirates, wolf spiders, himes, etc... and then learning spear crusher since that maximizes damage on single target and bossing as well as training at newties and skeles maps.

the hybrid thing isn't for everybody but yeah, ultimately dark knights should be using spears and crusher when bossing and berserking and yeah all that, haha, hope that helped a little.

@JustToFunny Because pure spearmen are gay. Final attack sucks, and it's really annoying when you're 3rd job and don't have a decent crusher yet. Use polearms from 30 to 70 because they have a higher chance of slashing then stabbing, then use spears at lv70's and up because of crusher.

@JustToFunny well it depends on the scenario. if you're going to train in maps with huge maps for the rest of your life, there's no problem in going pure PA. the idea of hybrid is so that you can train just as good as pure PA but also fight bosses jus as good as pure spears. therefore, it's best to go hybrid. it may seem complicated at first but if you think about all the different situations you'll be in, it'll make sense to go hybrid

How can you compare your dmg to a dexless spearman who made his character 3 years ago. Dude Cygnus are a subclass which get 6 ap per lvl where as spearmen get 5. since your lvl 68 you get 68 more ap than him (around 68*4 extra dmg clean) you cannot compare cygnus to adventurers.

It's impossible to hit 4k at lvl 26, unless you have like 21 ATK BWGs and 15 STR Old raggedy cape and like a 87 ATK Pumpkin Spear and the 20 ATK Rudolph hat and 1 STR shoes and 50 STR overall. But obviously all of those would have to be 10% or 30% and I can guarantee you that you can't scroll like that unless you have a BUNCH OF WHITE SCROLLS... impossible....

DONT put any points on dex, you can buy acc equips and use acc pills, trust me if you dont want good dmg put dex in, if you want maximum dmg with ur spear/polearm use str only, use nx to get 4/4/4/xxx if you please.

Level 70, means level 1 spear crusher. Which is weak!

And he doesn't need dex unless he misses, dexless is 4-40 dex, 41-60 dex is low dex, 61-70 dex is average, any higher and you're like a high dex that does pretty bad damage, since dex increases your low min damage and str increases your maximum. So if he's at 4 dex, then he has 60-up more str which can increase your Str by 100's damage.

If your lvl 70 and no higher, that's preety good damage for lvl 1 crusher. My lowdex friend 40dex can do 800s with lvl 1 crusher and 101/8 Redemption.

As for me i'm doing almost the same damage as you. I have 108/12 GoldD and I have lvl 1 fury and I can do about 2.2k do one monster with fury so you and I have pretty nice damage.
