@guitarist993 Nah they're not miming, but the audio you are hearing was lifted from another concert which I guessed they felt sounded better....the whole thing looks out of sync to me, none of the guitarists are playing stuff at the right time etc...if you search someone has uploaded the original video of the TV performance this was from...

They just pieced parts of the video together, not necessarily in sync with the the exact moment. They take all the better moves, all the better visual moments, and they put them together tover the soundtrack from the show.

Whoever edited the show cuts to the wrong person at the wrong time and it looks weird. This is on the 'Refused Are Fucking Dead' DVD and believe me, it's live and from this show.
