A another tip u could add that if heared helps big time with muscle and stamia, Work out right when u get up for 10-20mins before school then after school for another 10-20mins, and then normal workout time

Just eat right and healthy work upper body than lower body keep doing that and make sure you get cardio in to, to burn the fat So your more toned. I've gained 20 pounds in 2 months this way. Now I'm on supplement and gaining weight even faster

@MoonM1kee Whatever weight you're using when lifting, add more. Use a weight that you can only do 6 reps with. Do three sets at 6 reps of your lifts. If you're struggling to get in a last rep or two, you'll know you're doing it right. If you can do 6 reps on the last set or two. Take 10 pounds off. Finish your reps. NEVER quit without finishing all 6 reps. Once you're able to do this same weight 10 times or more, up the weight to something you can only do 6 reps with. Rinse, repeat.
you can eat 3 meals a day but eat a lot and it's like eating 6 meals a day, the stomach get's empty in 4 hours. i have friends that eat 3 meals a day and they have big muscules.

Jeff, When I walked into the gym August 13th 2011 I was 158lbs. What I did is I took my goal weight I wanted to reach and multiplied that by 20. I wanted to first hit 200 lbs at 5'10". a mere 4000 calories a day. 1.5 grams of protein to each pound of body weight. 3 grams of carbs per pound of body weight. I trained 3 days a week and now do a 4 day split. Short intense heavy until failure and get out of there. My work outs last no longer then 40 minutes. I now stand at 205 and still gaining.

@TheDegesh Rep range is the number of "lifts". As he mentioned in the video, 2-4 rep range, is for strength. For example, within 1 set, you'll lift the bar (lets say you're doing a benchpress) 2-4 times and that would be you're rep range (how many lifts you're going far within the range of 2-4) I think I may have made it more confusing but i hope you understand haha

@bolsenny It all depends on your metabolism. You could eat whenever you were hungry and weigh yourself after a week or 2 and see if you gained or lost weight. Given the results adjust your calorie intake accordingly. Also look out for "empty calories" such as fast food. Fast food lacks the minerals necessary to produce protein synthesis, so in short it just makes you fat and holds no real energy value. hope I helped.

This video is very helpful specifically to skinny guys. I used to be one but didn't aim for that puffy or bloated look. Skinny guys can easily gain the "lean, muscular look" instead.

This guy is great. It actually works i tryed eatin just 5 meals a day. I made sure atleast 1 of the those meals is packed wid carbrohdrates like big plate of pasta. then make sure 2 of those meals r packed wid alot protein like 3 eggs, beef and stuff like that. work out heavly ATLEAST 3 times a week probly better 2 do 4, make sure ur muscles fail tho. it should hurt workin up and down the stairs infact after u worked out ur legs. I packed on 5lbs in the first week of doing it, no shit
Thanks to your advice i've managed to gain almost 10lbs in 4-5 weeks but my gains have started to slow down. Do I need to increase my daily calorie intake every 10lbs or so I gain to keep gaining approximately 2lbs a week? Thanks!

@TheTMP2 lol i find that smoking some weed doesn't hinder workouts if your commited. it does however bind to estrogen recepters : 3.i do find that if im actualy baked as FUCK while im lifting i tend to take the workout less serious. like..its not srs buissness : p. and my dad gets pissed because i take my full 3 min rest and bullshit around. but i generaly never smoke right before. use dat shit for rest and recovery xd.

Hi I weight 150lbs and i am a bit on the skinny side. I have an athlete's arm but I barely see any weigh gains.However i am I would say skinny buff. Someone told me to go to Chipotle and consume more calories there and then burn it at the gym.

@FeverishCalm 4000 isn't a lot of calories. 2000 calories can be achieved in a single meal.
Now you will be eating 6 meals daily. If you do the math that comes out to something around 660 calories a meal. Sounds pretty easy if you ask me.

You weigh 50 kilograms which is 110 pounds. 110 x 20 = 2200
You need 2200 kcal a day.

im recovering from a burnout im 6foot 4 at my worst i was 57kg... in 3months i went to 66kg and still i have only 2%fat how can i get more fat cuz i look like a person who has bones with muscle. im eating 4000cals a day (without shakes) i eat consistantly dont use shakes my training was squats,benchpress,pull ups and deadlifts people say its not possible that i gained that much muscle... but the scale doesnt lie neither does the fat test. how can get more fat % without eating junk.

This video is very helpful specifically to skinny guys. I used to be one but didn't aim for that puffy or bloated look. Skinny guys can easily gain the "lean, muscular look" instead.

I am 18, 6'1" and weigh about 140. A year ago I recovered from a drug problem and put on 20 pounds from when i was still 6'1 and 120 pounds. This guy is great. It actually works i tryed eatin just 5 meals a day. I made sure atleast 1 of the those meals is packed wid carbrohdrates like big plate of pasta. then make sure 2 of those meals r packed wid alot protein like 3 eggs, beef and stuff like that. work out heavly ATLEAST 3 times a week probly better 2 do 4, make sure ur muscles fail tho. it should hurt workin up and down the stairs infact after u worked out ur legs. I packed on 5lbs in the first week of doing it, no shit

Thanks to your advice i've managed to gain almost 10lbs in 4-5 weeks but my gains have started to slow down. Do I need to increase my daily calorie intake every 10lbs or so I gain to keep gaining approximately 2lbs a week? Thanks!

Here's my plan. Workout, smoke some pot, eat, sleep. The pot makes you eat a lot and sleep for at least 8 hours so it helps a lot hahahaha

@TheTMP2 lol i find that smoking some weed doesn't hinder workouts if your commited. it does however bind to estrogen recepters : 3.i do find that if im actualy baked as FUCK while im lifting i tend to take the workout less serious. like..its not srs buissness : p. and my dad gets pissed because i take my full 3 min rest and bullshit around. but i generaly never smoke right before. use dat shit for rest and recovery xd.

Hi I weight 150lbs and i am a bit on the skinny side. I have an athlete's arm but I barely see any weigh gains.However i am I would say skinny buff. Someone told me to go to Chipotle and consume more calories there and then burn it at the gym.
My question is if the Chipotle diet is really good or is there any other food diet i can go to get weight gains and muscle mass.
