i have got to say that your judo is awful, its good for a yellow but come on the first throws that you learn arnt even good. keep working at it and think about if this belt was deserved when you got it, if you got it.
@chrismdude this was a basic study video I used to review before my testing, complete with fit-ins and not the actual test. This was a few years ago. I am a brown belt now and worked hard and earned each new rank. If you are a fellow judoka I'm sure you could relate to the process of improving oneself and one's technique and being respectful of the journey
