Yes surgery is a good thing, if you need it!
We should be pleased with the way these procedures have developed and moved on.......BUT......it should only be provided to those who really need it, such as those with facial disfigurements or irregular breasts.
I know somen people are genuinely unhappy with things that others wouldn't even notice but Heidi used to be a very strong bubbly girl who seemed to have no issue with her looks or personality, she has changed so much in so many ways!!!

I'm trying to figure out exactly which surgery it was that made her look odd. I think some are too harsh, since I think she doesn't look too bad, but she is starting to look plastic. I think if she just didn't do a couple of the surgeries she would look great though, not sure. Her boobs are rediculous imo. And she doesn't look like herself, which i think means you went too far. Indviduality is important
