I was always a MASSIVE fan of The Five Children and It (and an even bigger fan of The Pheonix and the Carpet), and was a bit nervous to watch this film because it deviated so much from the book; but then I looked at the cast, and couldn't restrain myself.
Eddie Izzard.
Kenneth Branagh.
John Sessions.
Zoe Wanamaker.
A tip of the hat to all of these great actors!

It's amazing that you know these actors because I don't recognize them at all but I live in the states so maybe they are not known here. I only watched it because Freddie was in it and I think he's both a talented and cute actor.
