  • Sad that we need to worry about and prepare for this kind of thing

  • hello i would like to let you know you need not warry about any major fall out on earth due to the fact that necular energy relese rips whole in many outher space time dimentions and will not be permitted by yahyel, andromadens, pleiadians or any of the outher family and friends rearshearch bashar, alex collier, abraham hicks and you will look forward to the posative future we are creating with law of attraction. follow your exitment love to all cheers.

  • @noobcrusher141 Yes from one explosion. Now imagine thousands of them all over the globe or at least on the northern hemisphere. However because of the firestorms and the smoke which can carry back many radioactive material to the air, i cant call it normal condition.

  • @noobcrusher141 besides that, and if you want realistic combat, play red dead redemption

  • World leaders like chuck norris and lady gaga with stop any nuclear war from happenning. But if justin biber continue to sing, we will have WW III !

  • I live 2 miles north of a major eastern seaboard city . If nuclear war comes , there will be dozens of icbms targeting the city. May I die fast and not suffer on a poisoned dying planet

  • There is no comparison with Hiroshima when talking about modern nuclear war. The average nuke is fifty times bigger now and hundreds could hit theUS. It makes no difference how hard the US could strike back, a high percentage of its population will die in the first two years and the survivors will struggle to cope in a ruined world poluted by the bombs and those nuclear power stations that were damaged or melted down due to no maintenace.

  • Surviving a nuclear attack for the first few weeks would be relatively easy with a bit of preparation and you are not close to a detonation. But with the infrastructure gone, no food harvest, no supply of clean water and no law and order the only law will be the gun. Develloped countries will fall first in an extinction event worse than the one that wiped out the dinosaurs.

Far better to work hard to avoid such a war in the first place.

  • so where's old ROCKEFELLER in this video? nope, don't see him sitting there, i'm sure that ol fkkn bastards got HIS SHELTER. IRON MOUNTAIN anyone?

  • what is the name of the book please respond thank you!

  • All you people talking about the game Fallout and The Book of Eli are wrong. The atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki did not tear a hole in the sky and nuclear fallout did not fall anywhere else in the world. There was long term cancer for those who survived the explosion and in the event of a nuclear holocaust, this video would help a lot more than some video game or some movie.

  • @AllAboutUnboxings Where from this hole thing come anyway? There willnt be any hole except the craters from the surface blasts or maybe with the worst scenario too much bomb can ignite our air or knock us from our orbit....well some scientist believe that we can knock the Earth from its path i personally dont believe that but the ignite the atmosphere is a real threat.Btw the Hiroshima bomb was nothing compared to the ones we have today and with dirty nukes fallout can be much greater.

  • @AllAboutUnboxings Anyway in a nuclear war things are much more complicated. Much nuclear weapon can be detonated on the surface,(the bombs in japan were mid air detonations for optimising the destructive power and range) and with each major city could be hit multiple times and the number of these weapon could be used in such a situation im sure fallout will fall all over the world.Btw not the radiation will kill most of the people but femine and diseases and ofc people will kill each other.

  • In case of an all out nuclear war the ones that die on the first day are the lucky ones!

  • it won't be just the united states it's gona be everywhere fallout 3 all over again and just like the book of eli. the war will tear a hole in the sky and make our lives living nightmares.

  • Step away from the fiction lad, far far away...

  • @DreamStream1 just because it's fiction doesn't mean there is anything unrealistic about it, fallout 3 depicts a realistic post nuclear world (aside from the mutants, laser guns, and power armor) the buildings are destroyed, there are radioactive spots that you need to steer clear of, maybe you should play the game

  • @DreamStream1 he aint kidding

  • Yeah, right....I base all my preparedness decisions on Hollywood too. - Because of this, I plan to survive about ten minutes.

  • i think you'd survive for a while but i would most likely try to go underground it's really complicated i guess i'd leave it up to hollywood good observation

  • Obama is the Anti-Christ. hes going to cause WW3.

  • pray to Obama, maybe he will save you.

  • lol yup.

  • All major US cities and military bases are targeted. With a minimum of five thousand war-heads coming from Russia I must dis-agree.

  • 2 little firecrackers were exploded in Japan. Now, with over 25,000 nuclear weapons pointed at each other, you ain't gonna survive

  • Not true. It depends greatly on where you are, what kind of protection you have, how prepared you are etc. Assume you're 50 miles from a detonation point. You're surviving the blast. Now you'll need to survive the fallout. A shelter 36" under ground will protect you from fallout. You'll need food, water, and other supplies to survive for at least a month. After that you'll have to limit out door exposure and all fallout will have to be washed into trenches and burried. You CAN survive.

  • You'd need way more than a month's worth of supplies. The resultant nuclear winter of even a limited nuclear exchange would severely impact crop production, and likely plunge temperatures of the U.S. inland by about 10-20 degrees for a minimum of half a year. A full year is more likely. You're talking millions of tons of debris, ash and dust launched into the stratosphere worldwide. That's not even counting the complete break down in infrastructure to get food where it needs to go.

  • You're actually right. For instance, when Chernobyl happened it was a year before anyone could grow anything safe. But of course this was due to fallout. The effects of a nuclear winter have come into question. When the volcano Tambora, blew in Indonesia in 1915. It was large enough to give us some idea of what a nuclear winter might do. In New England summer never came. So an entire growing season was lost, for many. A year supply of food is a smart idea.

  • @DreamStream1

in your supply of food do not forget a vitamin c supplement if you are storing rice and beans that keep for years before the lose nutritional value.

  • Are you aware that the nuclear winter hipe was based on all the nukes being ground blasts? Very few are or were targeted to be ground bursts. - Nuke winter has been proven a myth.

  • Ground blasts would still be a part of a full nuclear exchange, especially on hardened military targets. If you've ever seen a target map of a capital, ground blasts make up part of the barrage.

  • I'm sure you know more than the experts. Personally I will stick with what they have to say. I never said ground blasts were not a part of an exchange. But they are a small part. And the nuke winter was based on every single nuke being a ground burst.

  • At 50 miles most will never even experience the blast. But fallout is a problem. But for most you won't even need 36" inches between you and it. Fallout is noticeable. If you can see a grainy material you have fallout, if you don't see anything you don't have fallout. And conversely no ionized radiation. If you have fallout, nearly 90% will decay within the first 7 hrs. The other 10% decays within 48 hours. The heavier more deadly material will land fairly close to the target.

  • Wrong! You've been watching too much tv! Step back from the sci-fi...which I like too, but it ain't science! Sure it would be a different world! But it wouldn't be the end of the world! Life would still go on, technology wouldn't be lost, and those of us who survive (which would be many) would want to rebuild a civilized world! That includes you!

  • chachieb, go to wikipedia and search fallout shelter and there is a link to a free downloadable version of the book pdf I think. Hope that helps.

  • what is the exact title of the green book?

  • I think its called "Fallout Protection"

  • I wish I had time to fix the audio, but I am on the next project and it will be awhile before I can get back to it. Try using an external speaker system to boost the audio. Also check out Roadman911 at Youtube

  • Please redo , audio not easily discernable ,audio quality poor. content critical!

  • Nuclear War Survival Skill 1: Get as FAR as you can from the nearest likely target, and make sure you're not downwind of it. The farther the better. Then, once you've done that, you can worry about acquiring other skills and supplies. The time to get busy is NOW.

  • It maybe boring to you, but it will save your sorry ass. U dipstick.

  • It is very sad when the only people you see in the audience are old people that had to live through a threat of this shit earlier in their lives.

  • It's very sad that people don't understand the threat is not over. Never has been and never will be. NWSS is an excellent read too.
