To be honest, I'm proud of Marquez. He may have officially lost, but he actually "beat" Pacquiao. He proved that Pacquiao isn't untouchable. Like Max pointed out in the HBO post fight interview, Pacquiao has been steam rolling every single one of his opponents for the last 5 or 6 fights, but Marquez gave him one hell of a hard time. Just because of Pac landed more, doesnt mean he won. You can land alot of punches 1 round and land a few punches short of your opponent and still land more at the end. Example Pac can land 20, 53, 20 while Marquez lands 24, 12, 24..... Marquez will win the first and 3rd round, but Pac still landed more. You can look at total punches landed otherwise you couldnt give Mayweather a split decision in the De la Hoya fight because he landed more punches!!! lol
