to all those who r saying chemo is a scam, wth? it doesnt work entirely, im sure of that. it kills cancer cells, but normal cells with it, so u feel sick n whatnot. it doesnt make cancer go. but its NOT SUPPOSED TO which is why cancer is labled uncurable. we can only make cancercells DORMANT n put the patient into remission. DUH

there are alot safer and more effective treatments. Unfortunately, doctors are not educated in that. Chemo can help, but really hurts your body! Just like antibiotics, they are overused. I actually got sick from antibiotics, causing a candida overgrowth in my body (makes you tired, bad immune, want to eat sugar, UNHEALTHY!) I could have just taken probiotics. Get the good stuff going so your body can fight it, instead of wiping out all the bad and good and leaving yourself open

ive heard of this story. its on yahoo right now. but anyways the parents religion or whatever believed in natural remedies. i thnk they should have gotten the chemo since its working. either way i hope the kid gets well really really soon.

60% of all Oncologists in this country would not undergo chemotherapy if they contracted cancer, this was a recent poll. Chemotherapy is something that Western Modern Medicine made up rather than tell their patients that there is nothing more that they can do for them. When you tell people that there is nothing else they can do, those people go looking for alternatives, what happens to modern medicine if people find out that the alternatives work? Chemo is a scam, folks!

6 years ago, I had advanced stage cancer with a 92% probability of dying within 14 months without chemo. I took the drugs, and after just 8 rounds of chemo, the cancer was not detected. Chemo makes you feel like you have the flu or a bad cold, but it goes away. As for this boy, chemo has over a 90% chance of curing him because his cancer is very responsive to the drugs. WIth out chemo, he is sure to die. How can any parent take away a 90% chance of their son being cured of his cancer?

They ought to be ashamed of themselves. I can't believe they caved in. There are alternative treatments out there. I wish people would stop listening to doctors. Doctors are not god and doctors certainly do not know what is best for each patient.
