Check the changes in health on the different healthbar positions. When it's up-top let his health is approx 117K. When it's in the bottom-center, it jumps significantly. Check it yourself on 720p if you think I'm crazy.

And, by the way, huge crits on a lvl85 with 80k health is really not an achievement.

Its not fake. But before you say its op take a look at how old the video is. Starsurge was nerfed and we got even more resilience now. It barely crits over 40k on pvp targets. But moonkins haven't got much crit so it most lilely around 15-25k dmg in pvp.

If you wanted to show the damage Boomkins are doing, Show it on a target dummy. A more accurate way to show how much damage Boomkins do in PVP would be to show crits on resilience targets, which was only about 30k Starsurges before the nerf. Then again, people like to see high numbers.
