Eiscat 3D will be used to help better understand the interaction between the Sun and the Earth. It will help us understand and prepare for climate change better and a variety of other things.
You must not simply state things as being true without evidence as this is very unfair to people who work hard on important projects.
EISCAT 3d will be a purely scientific project - but if something is used for the army, it doesn't necessarily mean it's bad anyway!
