it's not a double dribble, they don't count that first bounce as a dribble cause he didn't have control of the ball.

it could have gone either with the call. dwight didn't catch the pass properly and so it slipped off and bounced on the floor, which he so promptly picks up and then he uses his dribble to do the windmill.
