  • THis girl was funny, very funny but i prefer real Shirley temple. She was better and lovelier as a little girl.

  • Sounds like an 8yr old Mae West warbling her first tune.

  • Wishing a happy 51st birthday to Bayn.

  • What year was she born? Was it 1958 or 1959?

  • @RetroVideoFan

Bayn was born November 4th in Baton Rouge, Louisiana

  • @ebf1957 I know she was born on November 4th, but what YEAR, 1958 or 1959?

  • @RetroVideoFan

    11/4/59.

  • I saw Bayn in the play Curley McDimple, I was sooo impressed. I got to go back stage and meet this little star who was so gracious and down to earth. I will always remember her. I had similar aspirations at the time.

  • I would like to hear the A-side of this 45 also. Christmas Teddy Bear. I used to sing it to my kids when they were little and they remember it. They are 32 and 35 yrs. old.

  • How about loading up the A-side of that 45..?."Christmas Teddy Bear" to which, in 1969 (when it was a hit) I danced in my Kindergarten Christmas play to. (cause I have a flat top, I got the be the teddy Bear)...I have been looking for this (IN ANY FORM) for EVER! Thanks for sharing.

I remember the purple RPI label on the 45

  • I would upload "Christmas Teddy Bear" it if I had a copy of it. As of this posting, I only have a small clip (30 seconds). Check ebay. I have seen it there, but price is too steep for me.

  • Wishing a happy 50th birthday to Bayn.

  • There's another connection to Shirley Temple through the Electric Company via Bayn Johnson. Janina Mathews also was on TEC from '75 to '77 also played Curley McDimple.
