This is where I disagree with Fine who says "you'll never get rid of corruption". Sounds like "tricknology" to me. Corruption is obviously doing a fine job of getting rid of itself.

These people are trying to being in Communism, where no one has any rights to legal defence. The Prison system is now Privatised, along with the Legal system of the Court House. People are forced to plea bargin, because there is no chance of a fair trial. The Prison system is trying to get as many Black people in the Prisons as possible.

It would be great if the bribery could be proven in court, then anyone practicing law involved in the sheme lose their ability to practice law, and also pay fines and do time like any other person and freeze their bank accounts in order to make them pay their fines with hard earned money not bribe money.

It would also be great to know that that they had to go back to college and do the student loan thing all over again while burger flipping part time for cash.

@MrAubery Richard FINE - - - DID PROVE that the Corp. County of Los Angeles

did pay the monthly bribes, and won at Appeal Courts, which is why they changed the law in Feb. 2009 with SB X - 211, and THEN Judge Yaffe through Mr. FINE in jail... for WINNING.

Corruption is deep. My house was sold for 7,500.00 on the Benton County Missouri Court steps. THey are now trying to evict me. They took my child, money and now my house. GOD help them all..

The lawyers are lazy, scared, won't do proper research, judges are corrupt and side with the corporate hitlers, judges ignore evidence, they whole system is corrupt, rule by the bench is really rule for the bank. It's all a ponzi scheme, but we have to remove the terrible judges and lawyers and the state bar which is the fox protecting the hen house.

How wrong is it that judges can invoke such desperate measures in an attempt to sweep their own crime under the rug.

Bribe-taking judges are at the very bottom of society.. right there with child molesters, murderers, rapists, and con-artists.

A judge who doesn't put truth and justice above all place themselves as low as any criminal that ever stood before them. No...make that lower as there can be no act more despicable than a judge convicted of an RUI- Ruling Under the Influence
