I think he did it and he did it with help! Julia was a fool to be messing with that dude knowing that she had a child period. Now they say the girlfriend that is talkin to the cops is also knocked up and she described the gun. Days later they found the gun exact description and they said that the gun was Jason's and it was missing about a month ago oh yeah! Now whoever did it had to know the crib and her son lived there and he was there earlier that day.
