  • I like the sequence of these moves, but you've paced it waaaay too fast! Maybe this is just me, but I get the best results from sun salutations when the length of each posed is held for an entire inhale / exhale. I'll use this video to simply learn the sequence but won't try to keep up with it while working out. Keep 10-min yoga coming though!

  • does this stuff really help? if so, how does it help? I find it a waste of time, but I don't have a lot of patience :S
