  • No offense. Boring, too long. Needs to do more to capture my interest in the first minute. Not that my shit is any better, just saying, I saw the length, gave it 3 minutes, lost interest. Good luck. Dislike.

  • @MrShadowy1 No offense. I don't give a fuck.

  • You know, as the guy who wrote in those questions, I honestly thought he'd make a joke out of them instead of feeling like I'd cornered him. As I just wanted to get his take as a news commentator, perhaps I should ask if there's a formal apology for these situations. (Presenting my sources, getting the guy a meal voucher... something like that.)

A.G. *Is feeling bad about the whole thing.*

  • @AussieGriffin Don't feel bad, mate. I gave answers as honest I would give anybody else. And I do tend to get more confrontational after four beers. I did figure I'd do you the courtesy of keeping you anonymous since I knew I would get loud about it. I only took issue with the questions, not the person.

  • @spazfox It's ironic that I begged questions after you did the same, no? Still, I didn't know that politics got you into a bad mood when combined with alcohol, and I think V.C. saying that voting for Ron Paul had some merits may have tipped the scales considerably. (As a protest vote goes, there's other options... like a ficus plant.)

Anyway, since funding a boat may be out of your price range, the offer of just MC'ing a party in Australia is still on the table.

    A.G.

  • @AussieGriffin Much as I'd love to. I could scarcely afford a flight halfway down the state, let alone halfway round the world. Being a loudmouth with a small but loyal audience doesn't pay too well.

  • @spazfox ... who said you'd have to pay? (Yes I'm serious.)

    A.G.

  • @AussieGriffin I wasn't aware that there was a consortium of mad fuckers who would fly my to the antipodes so that I could do my semi-funny drunk podcast on a boat.

  • you must realise that Iraq was all about Dubbya "willy waving" - it was nothing to do with any kind of "WMD", it was all about him wanting to show the rest of the world how big of a dick he is, and I think he proved it

During next year's election you KNOW that it's going to be brought up as something "good" that he did, and they must follow in his footsteps, by trying to destroy the rest of the world by throwing soldier bodies at enemy weapons - that's how it works, RIGHT?

  • @THEMrFill If someone tries to bring up the Iraq war as Bush's "One Good Thing," I'mma start a fucking riot and take it all the way to insert commentor here's house.

  • @Blackout5871

the thing is that I've heard that - Dubya supporters think that the "War on Terr'ism" is a good thing, no matter how many lives were lost for it and how many billions it cost... it's that whole "Merica is great, we should police the world" attitude...

  • I want to join this religion! Sounds like it's the only one that makes sense!

  • @Blackout5871 First step is denouncing all deities and supernatural claims as silly.

  • @spazfox I did that already. Hence my ease at accepting Gadget as the one true Goddess.

Of course, if Lola steps up for godhood, Gadget's gonna have to fight for me.

  • @Blackout5871 Oh, THAT religion. See, context is a wonderful thing.

  • @spazfox I find it droll at times, but it is necessary on occasion.

  • God was trolling Perry.
