I've had mild Psoriasis (legs, elbows, scalp) and have tried the gamut of 'cures', topographical creams/ointments, corticol steroids when I was a kid, homeopathy/naturopath and recently tried UVB-Light treatment (as a guinea pig). Been to the Dead Sea but never pursued a regiment of that treatment, but YES! Sun (the beach) is the best for me 2.
My stresses have made my Psoriasis persistent (sleeplessness, partying, sports, etc.) but I'm 25 and HATE seeing this repulsive medical propaganda.
no!! steroid creams work BUT once you stop applying the shit it comes back ten times worse.. only thing that has helped me is dead sea salt and dead sea salt products.. oh and tanning
think i found a cure for psoriasis...fish oil supplements seem to work wonders...!!!...100% gone for months now...and this is not an ad by the way...am speaking from personal experience...hoping this will help some if not all psoriasis sufferers...diet is of course also key...omegas in general seem to be essential...stay a way from cortisone!!!

Sometimes UVB light therapy is used in combination with topical treatments such as steroid creams or tar.
