  • @mrkiky on floor it's not as difficult as it is on the ball because you have to hold balace as well so it's much harder

  • @citizen926 HAHAHAHHAA tell em citizen926, man you damaged your elbow cause you didnt know how or what you were doing, obviously you have to start any new exercise with caution and basic reps, instead he tried to be a hero !! Dont try the neck exercise deprecate1 !!

  • this is really tough, but he's not going all the way down. When I do these I literally touch the ground with my nose. For these pushups to be proper, your shoulder level has to go below the elbow of the hand that's on the ball. Right now I can only do 7 reps each hand.

  • big shot

  • @Deprecate1 a guy who touches his nose instructing on proper form?

using your face as a measurement on where to stop is a bad idea. because your head dips down and becomes misaligned with the spine, so it doesnt mean youre going further down with your chest and youre not in good position.

    just saying.

  • If I must clarify myself.. you must not dip your head, but keep it firm at the level of your shoulders. The pushups this video shows are in fact pretty easy. The tough part begins once you pass that 90degree angle at your elbow

  • @xm8pro The proper form of a PROPER PUSH UP is you keep looking straight ahead of you with your chin on the ground and your hands a little bit more than shoulder width and every rep you touch your chin to the floor while looking ahead of you at all times, you never dip your head you want your back to be as straight as possible. when your up your arms should be straight out infront of you. YOU MUST TOUCH YOUR CHIN TO THE GROUND EVERY TIME FOR MAXIMUM EFFECTIVENESS.

  • @Deprecate1 Vid plz.

  • shit dudes strong.

  • This is a very advanced exercise and it could easily lead to injuries for people who are not ready to do it. It should only be attempted after the athlete is very comfortable with one-arm pushups. The free hand should be initially used to provide minimal stability until the athletes is fully comfortable with having one hand as support.

  • and yes... do this exercise with caution, as you could easily damage your elbow. Your muscles need to adapt. I damaged my elbow trying this for 1st time. How you can prepare yourself for this exercise: hold yourself with one arm on the ball as long as possible in a still position. Do this everyday 1-2 times a day until you feel comfortable lowering yourself.

  • man, fuck youtube. i had to watch a 30 second cotton add just to see this video. fucking bullshit.

  • cotton?

  • is not easy if u not fit enough, i recommend u guys do a basic push up first for 3 month or 1 year.if u guys can do 10, than train to do to 70 push up.if u guys can do this, than u can try any kind of push up.

  • well maybe not planche pushups lolol

  • Tjis is harder tha a regular one-arm pushup: the ball forces you to stabilize, let alone lift, yourself.

  • Basic moves.

  • I always thought 1 arm you had to go all the way down...like a regular push up

  • his on the ball

  • shiiiiiiiiiit. i can do that... in my dreams.

  • really? if you train it two times the week youll laugh about what you wrote soon ;)

  • shit.. I cant do that even without medizin ball

  • great stuff

  • great

  • Good stuff
