this is really tough, but he's not going all the way down. When I do these I literally touch the ground with my nose. For these pushups to be proper, your shoulder level has to go below the elbow of the hand that's on the ball. Right now I can only do 7 reps each hand.

using your face as a measurement on where to stop is a bad idea. because your head dips down and becomes misaligned with the spine, so it doesnt mean youre going further down with your chest and youre not in good position.
