Despawns at Hamvir's Rest. Was quite funny, while I chased him we went through a bunch of bandits who chased him and one shouted "I'll have your head" haha

I encountered it and tried to kill it :p... then he despawned.

took a lot of stamina potions to keep up with this guy he went all the way from valthume to hamvir's

@loha4 I didn't have any at the time and had to strip naked as I was wearing heavy armor to keep with him. The guards in the town must have thought wth a headless horseman ghost and a naked man chasing him lol.

Luckily I found him again and managed to sprint after him to the treasure which was not so great considering the master lock.

You're supposed to follow him, he leads you to a treasure

wow, i feel dumb as hell now, i just uploaded a video about the headless horseman and had a horse and kept following him but, i stopped to upload the video, so i saved quickly while seeing him

I found him as well is he just there to see or does he give you anything ? I t won't let me talk to him O.o

@xxhhdxxnight Yeah it seems like he's just there, but there may be a quest you have to get first before you can interact though. Or perhaps you have to follow him till he stops, then you can interact. Just guessing though I didn't have a horse to follow him at the time.
