I don't like it when people say things like "Oh what is he moning about he has it all!". Film stars are HUMAN at the end of the day and have emotions just like us. It makes total sense to me what he says about wanting more and so turning to drugs etc. All the money in the world does not equal happiness. He is simply talking about his situation and the way he feels and whats wrong with that. Nobody really knows how they would feel in his situation we can only empathize. Think about it.

First time, seriously I wanted to cry. Like many of you I was a kid when Bloodsport/Kicboxer etc. came out and JCVD was the shit back then. I'm from Montreal and I met GSP no so long ago and we talked about this, van damme was his idol as a kid. But the thing is that I lost his track growing up and when he was doing movies not longer on the big radar. But than, I saw that movie and watching him talking like that with a adult mind, its a totally different vision of the man. Its sad and great.

I recall reading in a magazine that this wasn't entirely a scripted scene, but he opened up, had a full breakdown; the director kept filming, which was why the set ceiling was scrolling. In a way, it was JCVD's way of apologizing to his many fans.
