@quicksrider I'll give you credit for trying, and I guess for knowing the numbers listed on magazines. 200 hp is what it makes at the crankshaft. about 175 is what it makes at the wheels. The only number that really matters is what it makes at the wheels. So in a sense, we are both right...but you should always look for actual dyno numbers instead of manufacturer published crank hp numbers.

Considering the 15 percent drivetrain loss, we're looking at just about 175 horsepower at the front wheels. Second, you can make the SAME CAR read 210 and then less than 175 on different dynos. Third, 25 horsepower is not enough of a difference to be winning races. Please, learn something before you try to criticize me. Idiot...

@vai2iant k20's are different. most people do 3", and get power all through their power band. i believe i saw a thread on k20a.org, where a guy compared his 3" with a 4" for shits and giggles, and it actually made power still. and another thread where this guys tuned k20 with 2.5" compared to tuned 3", he gained 11whp going half an inch bigger
