I posted my student's performing from a school assembly and there was no intention on my part nor my students to claim he wrote this piece. I am however grateful for your kind compliment on his guitar work. It's too bad though you couldn't just enjoy the show. Plagiarism is a harsh assumption but perhaps you have you reasons.

This would be impressive if it wasn't a complete rip-off. Its fine to have your own interpretation of a song (in this case Oceans, by John Butler Trio, as someone already noted), but make a note that you didn't write it. You're using the same tuning (open C) as Oceans, as well as a capo on the 4th fret. As impressive as the guitar work is, its clearly plagiarized.

So uh , what happened at around 5 min mark ? It looks like hes just sitting there . No way he could produce all that noise when hes being that stoic . Im not saying its fake or anything , Im just asking ; Were there any other performers ? Or was there some sort of track recorded that was being played ? Anyways the music was astonishing . If you watch at around 4:30, he's constructing a loop to play over. You'll see him tap the ball of his left foot to stop the recording of the loop, and he'll start to play over what he had just constructed.

its a looper pedal, which basically when u turn it on, u click a switch and it records what you play, then click it again, then another button, then it plays back what you played, and depending on the looper pedal, u can loop more than one layer
