I am director and yet every time i try to upload anything that is longer than 10 minutes it fails. I don't know, maybe I'm not doing something right :(
Hey if you change your account to be a Director's then youtube lets you upload 30min videos. Much more convenient that splitting up the movie into 21 parts.
Hey good idea not putting tags so this video is hard to find unless you know the title. Youtube keeps removing this video from everyone's account because of copyright violation. Hopefully yours will stay longer.
Not that I don't believe in UFO's, but if you want people to take it seriously you might want to get someone who is not a ghostbuster.

I agree...the video is interesting but volume is much too low...and it's hard to find again.
