I've been doing this workout everyday since thankgiving. Having bad asthma, I was only able to go through it once, but now I can do it twice through! While I haven't seen much weight loss or any improvement on my core, I have noticed my thighs are trimmer and the handwalk outs have made my upperbody much stronger. Thanks for a great workout!

Just keep at it. You can do it if you keep trying consistently. These are some great exercises to start out with. Then you can add weight later.
