it is so natural for consumers to complain who pay lots of money for this device and then face a major flaw. The unnatural thing is that these two guys felt themselves obliged to defend a material and a corporation.

@compradorigor we stated our personal experience with the antenna "issue" and AT&T service in general. I have cursed their service before, but I have done it with all the carriers I've had. I think Apple responded a bit harsh, but new devices have problems, and it's not as common as people make it out to be.

I've watched every iPhone video I can find on youtube. I am unbiased. I only want the iPhone to work properly before I buy it. Steve Jobs and Apple have been shady with their comments. I doubt the software update will fix the reception issues since it has to do with hardware not software.

Basically it shows the wrong number of bars vrs reception making you think you have good reception when in reality its only 1 or 2 bars

Well I respect your opinion about this whole situation, but my opinion is, I like the phone, but I hate the service. I have dropped so many calls and what no with this phone since I got it, and its not getting better. I didnt have nearly as much trouble with my first iphone that I have with the new one. I am really thinking about taking it back.
