I dont understand why Mars moves in that circular way across the sky... why doesn't it just move forth and back on a straight line? Is it because there is a difference in position to the suns equator in theire orbit, and that difference gets bigger when Earth comes closer to Mars? Someone, please explain =)

Well that's funny because according to the hadith, our beloved messenger Mohamed (Peace Be Upon Him) said: "One of the signs of the hour..the sun will rise from the west, where no longer tauba(forgiveness) will be granted" therefore the sun will rise from the west on earth then the non-believers will be doomed

Most things in science are theories, which means not 100% proven, but a conclusion of adding all the proven scientific evidences. So unless something is COMPLETELY proven, don't compare it with islam.

The opposition groups are using new sciences to make a break-through in the new galaxies. Some of their tactics are solely based on their ancient information and studies, but the new science they are applying might cause collision bw the planets. I surely wouldn't want to be on the planet that is set off towards Mars. May God save us from that happening in the near future, according the astrological calendars.

Retrograde motion has nothing to do with where the Sun rises or the direction it moves over the course of a day. Retrograde motion as I discuss it here only refers to the direction a planet moves over a period of day/weeks *with respect to the stars*. The daily motion of the planet is still from East to West.

It's depends only on the rotation of the planet about it self..!!

In addition, it may serve you well to note that Mars is not the only planet that is subject to apparent retrograde motion; Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune are also guilty of this deceit. Hence the term 'Planet' which is Greek for 'Wanderer'. Quite befitting, don't you think?

Mars isn't doing 'anything' other than orbiting our Sun in an elliptic motion, as it has done for billions of years. You've missed the point of the video entirely. Mars simply appears to be going backwards; this is apparent retrograde motion and occurs simply due to the relative position/vantage point we have of Mars from our planet, Earth, and can be observed every two years.

Near the end, when Mars does its retrograde, the stars should be moving and be in a different position..

@Polaris431 The stars are so much further away than objects in our solar system that they appear to be a nearly completely stationary background. Some stars do show very small motions in the sky due to parallax and/or proper motion, but these motions are too small to be observed with the eye alone. You need a telescope that can make very sensitive measurements.

Most scientist state that all the planets will go through the same once at least and our planet Earth is one of them. Planet Earth will move in the opposite direction some day and the sun will rise from the west.

Do you also know what will happen when the earth does suddenly start turning in the opposite direction? The mantle will break apart and cause volcanoes/earthquakes because the core will still be spinning. Then life (and everything we've made, including the Quran) will be destroyed.
