Figuring out answers about God is an interesting journey. My recommendation is to check out the book or video 'Case for Christ' by Lee Strobel, he is an investigative reporter for the Chicago Tribune, that goes to some pretty extreme lengths to research the facts and evidence of Jesus Christ. @Intranetusa Point taken, however most religions for example Catholicism or Islam require certain rituals and those rituals to be done in a certain way. As a Christian I am free to worship God and His Son Jesus Christ anyway I choose. That is way different from most religions. Yes I do consider myself religious for want of a better word but I am not stuck like most other people in performing and or saying rituals and prayers to make myself worthy of God and His Son.
@jimhadly catholicism is a form of christianity. So in saying you're a christian without specifying without denomination is incorrect. You could be lutheran. Even in that branch of christianity there are several branches in it. Such as the ELCA and the Missouri Senade

Ha, that's horseshit. You can say that about almost anything! There's no proof that extraterrestrials exist but statistically speaking it's almost a certainty. There's no proof that love exists either but I defy you to find a person who says it doesn't.
Not to mention, to say there's no proof of a deity isn't true. It's just proof YOU wouldn't accept, whether it's a feeling, an awakening experience or just sense of presence. It's there, just not to you.

Figuring out answers about God is an interesting journey. My recommendation is to check out the book or video 'Case for Christ' by Lee Strobel, he is an investigative reporter for the Chicago Tribune, that goes to some pretty extreme lengths to research the facts and evidence of Jesus Christ. You can read the book or get the 45 min video from NetFlix. For a quick video explaining his journey type 'Lee Strobel's Testimony' into youtube. Hope this helps. Have a great day everyone.

90% of the videos of bands who are Christian have nothing but comments arguing about religion, it's endless. So those in the faith, get out there in the world and show your beliefs, you're not going to make a difference on YouTube, only by personal compassion. Those on the differing end, enjoy the music, everyone has their reasons for their music, who knows, maybe one day you might agree with them. But like I said enjoy. I'm sure the artists would enjoy compliments better than hateful comments.

You could say our world's political and economic systems are even more corrupt, and that people are even more fed up with them. I think Switchfoot would agree with your statement. I believe in a God that sent his son down born of a virgin, lived a sinless life and then sentenced to die one of the most painful cruelest ways known to man, hanging on a cross, after being buried he rose again on the third day. @Intranetusa Point taken, however most religions for example Catholicism or Islam require certain rituals and those rituals to be done in a certain way. As a Christian I am free to worship God and His Son Jesus Christ anyway I choose. That is way different from most religions. Yes I do consider myself religious for want of a better word but I am not stuck like most other people in performing and or saying rituals and prayers to make myself worthy of God and His Son.
