the first time i got..... i just ate whatever i had in my moms cars.. yea its not painfull bu i still have i had it when i was in 6th grade when im 12 but im 13 in 7th grade and i stll have it.... ahhh. I wanted to take mine off today and i wasgonna switch dentist... they riped us off saying we had to pay twice.... so we left.. haha u uys r funny
But then im glad i have them cuz it would be worth it at the end but still to long hahahha XD
the spacers really hurt because my teeth are really tight in the back
