The news of Angelina Love's release has indeed come as a HUGE shock to me today, but reading the reports about it, TNA had no choice sadly. They can't, by law, keep her employed if her work visa is expired.

See it as a bit of a hiatus...once she goes back to Canada and gets a new visa arranged (takes a few months, I think) TNA should happily have her back. No way would they get rid of one of their biggest female stars.

First and foremost, Angelina's release came as a result of a work visa situation and nothing else, so once that situation is straightened out, if she wishes, Love will be back with the company, keeping TBP chugging along.

Secondly, even with TBP out of commission for a bit, TNA still has Kong/Saed, Sarita/Wilde, and Traci/Sharmell to carry the tag work, along with the rest of the talent.

Add-in th Minnesota Homewrecking Crew from SHIMMER, and you still have an amazing division.
