  • I think it's exactly the same song as on the original game. And if it isn't, it's very nearly. But it should be longer.

  • it sounds almost exactly like the actual toon.... holy fuckin shit 5/5

  • it's zelda minish cap in game boy

  • but this is ganons theme and not a dungeon theme xD

  • @McKugel91Recordz Uh,no it's not.

    It's the dungeon theme,how can't you know?

  • @XBlackSquareX hm no i can't this theme as dungeon theme...

  • @McKugel91Recordz This is the dungeon theme of the very first Zelda game for the NES.

  • @XBlackSquareX ah okay thanks :)

  • this is one of the reasons i wish i had grown up in the 80's.

  • I can't believe I was deprieved of this in my childhood, well, for most of it. Got Zelda for gamecube, then had it for wii, but NOTHING beats playing it on my friends nintendo entertainment system, which we did before the gamecube, I was 5 :)

  • would much rather listen to this song on here than the real thing.

  • the dungeons always annoyed the hell outta me me it was either i couldnt find of couldnt beat it

  • The beginning somehow reminds me of Ghostbusters...... weird, like this tune.... and creepy... O__o

  • I notice a pattern here: G-B flat (A sharp)-D-E flat (D sharp) x3, then F sharp-A-D flat-E flat x3, then F-A flat-D-E flat x3, then E-G-D-E flat x3, and that's all I know.

  • @joe9320 No shit. They're called chords. G+Bb+A# is a G minor chord, D+Eb+D# is a simplified D 7th chord, and since D is the 5 of G its the 5-7 chord. If these things didn't have pattens like this, it wouldn't be music, it would just be noise.

  • @bbbzzz234 Yreah, they're chords, but they're played separately. Had the notes been played together, it would be a proper chord.

  • awsome game.i beat it on the gamecube "collectors edition" or whatever the one that came with a bunch of zeldas.great game.and, this game is number 1 in gameinformer top 200 games of all time!

  • creepyyyyy!

  • And why exactly is it Fake.

    moron

  • @Blaktar32 Because it is (lol joking)

  • @vremetal how?

  • @vremetal How?

  • i know what you mean time to dust off the nes lol

  • lol aww f*&# now i have to play old school zelda man lol the urge is overwhelming why did i click this XD 5/5

  • Nice old school!!

  • NICE

  • Old Schooled!!!!

  • Awesome, just awesome.

  • Lol. I loved this song!

this makes me want to break out the old NES

  • wow the song has an end!! rofl good sound-a-like lol

  • I do not understand.

How can I make now the # and b.

  • You hold down Shift for Sharp (#) and Ctrl for Flat (b). If not, then the other way around. I haven't messed with this in a while, so I forget.

  • Shift and Ctrl

  • Just a question... I just started MPC and i was wondering how to correctly get the tempo for a song. like is it all trial and error or is there a way to know

  • Unless you have the sheet music, it's pretty much trial and error. If you know the original tempo, multiply it so that the quickest notes would become quarter notes.

  • how do you do that thingy on the car on #6?? O_o

  • Its a plane and a car on the same note.

  • awesome

  • the tempo is 393

  • AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

  • lol cool

  • awesome!

  • What does the tempo say? I can't read it

  • 2?3

  • 393

  • Thank you.

  • 393

  • 350

    i think

  • 393

  • i take it ur the only one smart enough to click on HD to find the correct tempo lo well done

  • tks

  • 293..

  • where do i get this mario composer thing

  • unfungames . com

  • nice.

can someone please tell me how i put the sharp and the B in front of the notes?

  • Hold shift or control. Shift makes sharp and Control makes flat, I think. It may be the other way round.

  • ok thanks! without sharps and flats it's nearly imposible to make a good song

  • Thx dude.

  • That's great - if only you could put the rowr in there

  • charmap.

  • ~~▲~~

  • What program do you use to record this? Reply please...

  • mario paint composer

  • No, mean to record the video, not the tune, probably should have mentioned that... Sorry.:(

  • I myself use CamStudio.

  • my camstudio won't record audio

what do you think could be wrong my friend ,stickfigureanimatorx seems to be having the same problem

  • I have the same problem it. The following things are possible:

1)Your audio setting are not set to "Record"

    2) Your computer doesn't have sound recording options.

  • thanks

  • oh go into my favorites in my channel i had the same problem and i have a recent favorite that helped alot

  • nice 5/4 switch

  • bring back 8 bit music!

  • Whoa.. Nice job!

  • master teach me how to do that

  • your work is godly

  • man i love this song

    gj

  • itss beautiful

  • Brilliant work, and in just 30 mins? Awesome.

If I had a womb, I'd use it to have your children! :P

  • lol!

  • LOL

  • now that is fanboyism!

  • Zelda_1_dungeon

  • god i wish i new exactly how to make this.....it doesn't show all the notes :(

  • never gets old! :D

  • O_o This is Link's Awaken dungeon.

  • No it isnt... its the first Legend of Zelda games dungeon music

  • Dont have links awakening i guess? This is in the color dungeon in links awakening.

  • I made this based off of the dungeon theme for the first Zelda. I haven't finished LA so you may be right but I really did do this off of Zelda I.

  • This is the Colour Dungeon theme from LA as well, but the colour dungeon can only be accessed in the DX version of LA.

Amazing for half an hour's work, by the way.

  • It was on Minish Cap.

  • :0!

  • This song is uber!:D AWESOME!

  • excellent job, i love the harmony when the scales go up during the end of the piece.

  • Another awesome one. You kick balls at dis stuff

  • dude that is just so cool. Your so awesome 10/10

  • great

  • Why is this one of the very few songs that can repeat for hours, seemingly, and you'd NEVER get tired of it?

And doesn't listening to this always wanna make you play LoZ? I know it does for me

  • That's the thing about some of that old repetitive NES music. You can play it for an hour and not get tired of it, despite it being the same 20 seconds looped. That's classic shit right there. All the generic, samey-sounding music these days doesn't hold a candle to stuff made 25 years ago. Isn't that a shame what that says about game audio these days?

  • @BM5072 cause Koji Kondo made it, he listens to songs for like an hour and if he doesn't go insane he puts it in the game

  • omg the moon fell outta the sky!

  • omg if youve ever seen the show they play this song + the overworld theme like 1,000 times per episode :0 well i guess that game didn't have much music

    (ganon's voice = earbleed DX )

  • i know right lol

  • I love this song!

When I was little, my mom would play Zelda and go into the dungeons in order to get me to fall asleep to the music!

  • lol thats cute i love the music in zelda too

  • @SwashbucklingFinch more proof that zelda is well know for it's music

  • The one song that idolized this in my heart....The Immense Defecation Of The Buntallifigus.....look up the song. thank you horse the band

  • I love this theme ^^

  • more like axelGOD.

  • XD at the beginning did you people notice that a cookie went across the screen 4 a brief moment?

( anyway, great job, i love this tune )

  • That was the least-used instrument in Mario Paint: the baby (I think it's a baby). It creates a horrible moaning sound when used that is barely ever applicable. I had it selected so just in a case I accidentally placed a note it would be very noticeable and I could erase it.

  • oh, oops, i look back at it and was the baby face thing, it looked like a cookie 4 a second ^_^"

  • First MP song Ive seen that plays not once or twice, but THREE times! Very good, either way.

  • I

    LOVE

    IT!

    5/5 Please, more!

  • How do you put the flats and the sharps in there.

  • In Mario Paint Composer Shift+click for sharps and Ctrl+click for flats

  • are the orange car things the bass?

  • There are only 2 parts to this song, so I don't know what you would call either one but a major part of the song. You can call the cars the bass if you want (that's my way of saying I don't know).

  • yes it is

  • Excellent job--I've always loved this song.

  • lol this is awesome, can u plz try making the final destination theme from SSBM on mario paint?

  • I'm looking at it and it looks like one of the few songs that wouldn't be easily possible on Mario Paint Composer. It mixes lots of sixteenth notes, runs, triplets, and if done it wouldn't sound very good unless a TON of effort was put into it. I really don't feel like working on a huge piece. I'm a lazy person to tell the truth.

My answer is: probably not any time soon.

  • Yah I though so no prob though now that I think about it it does feel a little impossible

  • I'll still try but chances are I won't upload because it will sound bad.

  • Yeah I just did the first part and it sounds like crap. Sorry, no go.
