Hey, just wondering if it's convenient to use Whey protein powder after every workout, or is it better to take some workout days "off" with the protein?
Start the blender before dumping in the powder (top on). Then you won't get whey chunks and chinks stuck to your blender. Also start and stop the blender several times to get out those ice chunks too.
Just use a shaker cup and use either milk or water and 1-2 scoops of power and shake away. I prefer milk because the fast is much better plus the extra protein from the milk can hurt.
dude protein doesnt make u skinnier, this protein isnt for bulking its for lean mass, if your looking to lose weight or get skinnier take fat burners a good one would be "maximum cla" its a great supplement for burning fat u can find it at any gnc store

@SuperTX1000 protein does fuck all in side effects, because protein is in the muscle's and it help repair and grown them, doesnt shrink your penis lol! im 17 and i got a fairly big dick <- not bosting but ive been on them for 5 months and with supplements you do get fast improvement so go to the store and read the back of the pack and also have a look into creatine hope i helped :)

And sorry i meant for 2267g like months worth, that matrix one is £20 and think the gold standard is £41 or something, but both are probably as helpful so it doesn't matter (:

post workout you want to be making your shake with water not milk as the fat in the milk slows down the digestion of the protein which contrdicts the point of a PWO also you want a high glycemic carbohydrate source in there to replenish glycogen stores used during your workout.
I figured that there are beginners out there that would benefit from this video. I know how it is starting out with fitness. It's overwhelming at first, but as long as this video helps out one person, I will be happy. After all, that is my goal - helping other people. I bought that same mix yesterday but there was no scoop in there. I used one from an iced tea container. I hope it's not too big.

post workout you want to be making your shake with water not milk as the fat in the milk slows down the digestion of the protein which contrdicts the point of a PWO also you want a high glycemic carbohydrate source in there to replenish glycogen stores used during your workout.

Use Goat milk instead of any cow milk. Cow milk has a lot of estrogen in it and is modified like there's no tomorrow.

I figured that there are beginners out there that would benefit from this video. I know how it is starting out with fitness.
