  • Start the blender before dumping in the powder (top on). Then you won't get whey chunks and chinks stuck to your blender. Also start and stop the blender several times to get out those ice chunks too.

  • Just use a shaker cup and use either milk or water and 1-2 scoops of power and shake away. I prefer milk because the fast is much better plus the extra protein from the milk can hurt.

  • dude protein doesnt make u skinnier, this protein isnt for bulking its for lean mass, if your looking to lose weight or get skinnier take fat burners a good one would be "maximum cla" its a great supplement for burning fat u can find it at any gnc store

  • best protein ever just bought it its amazing and the price is unbelievable. I use 8oz of 1% milk and a half of a banana to get good tast. its out of this world taste like a shake from carvel and its only one scoop of 24 grams of protein you dont need more than one scoop because you are going to have protein throughout the day so excellent product deff buy!!!!!!!!!!

  • @SuperTX1000 One of the best whey proteins is matrix whey as its cheaper and has 3 types of proteins in it, gold standard costs more and has less natural proteins.

    As for side effects the only ones from protein are damage to liver and kidney (if you have far too much) or if you are lactose intolerant. So should be fine having 2 scoops after a workout ^^

  • @SuperTX1000 As far as I have read whey protein does not have side effects. Just read the label of the product not the marketing stuff. The fewer components it has the better. If you wanna bulk try to get 1g of protein for every lbs. Consume it during all day long so your body will gets its benefits.

  • @BoSaNaC3000 Protein isnt like other supplements. If you eat a truck load of it its still not going to kill you, you will just feel sick. Always take 1-3 scoops is what i reccomend

  • A glass of milk along with two scoops of that protein (55g) is way too much protein for anyone's body to absorb in one dose. Plus, with a high quality protein, like the one you're using, you don't have to put it in a blender. It dissolves in a simple shaker. It's so much better to add about a cup of water to one scoop (beginners) or two scoop (advanced) of that protein powder.
