Well I'm not 100% sure, but they probably dont make it for 21 year olds because they are already getting to old to try to get into the moto gp and stuff. They want kids that are going to last long, and red bull might be really happy to say "Yeah, we started them off when they were kids, now they are famous". But again, I don't really know. But, I made the Red Bull A.M.A. US Rookies cup for 2009.

You are probably completely right but it sucks you know there are guys out there my age with tons of potential. Being 21 is still young by any means, you are possible to race til u r 35 you know. But anyway, it's great that u got the chance dude, take advantage of it! If you want to be a good rider, all it takes is good conviction, be positive, be a good guy no matter what as what goes around comes around and remember that racing a bike is a feeling that u can improve by better understanding.

Muchas de ellas lo son, tienes razón, pero en las que esta Puig sólo entran los que tienen verdadero talento. Para eso ve videos de infinidad de carreras: pocket bikes, 125cc, de otras copas de promoción... y todo esto de muchisimos paises, y los elige así. Conozco a uno de los chavales que fue elegido el año pasado y te aseguro que ni tiene enchufe, ni pasta, lo que si tiene es un talento para ir en moto íncreible, espero que llegue muy lejos.

These are 125's , they have 250's as well , got to give a big compliment to the Red Bull guys for this , only true way to sort the men from the boys when they are all still young , same bike , tyre and day leaves no room for excuses.

Yeah your right , hopefully it's paid off for Alberto now with Casey winning the championship , Casey didn't get alot of support from home , i remember when he was once asked about Doohan and Beatie he said they didn't even contact him , such a shame , their names could have helped alot , not that it matters now.

I remember watching an interview when Casey was on 125's , Sheene said to watch this young bloke , he knew what to look for too.

Yes, maybe Sheene knows what to look for too, but even knowing it, he didn't help Casey, only Alberto did, people should appreciate that much more than they do. I saw an interview with him when Casey won the world championship and he looked very proud of him. I think if Dani can not win it (Honda gave him an horrible bike this year), he likes Casey to win it. It's great he keeps helping people without many resources to be able to get their dreams.

Yeah i see and agree , i don't think the likes of Doohan and co did as much as they could , must be hard though , so many riders , maybe contract issues with honda?

What i did see which blew me away was that Casey and his dad have started 'team 27' to support young riders , another hall mark of a true champion .

I'm going to find out more about Alberto , does anybody know if these races are televised , they are as good as any moto gp level.

I was there. It was my first time to see live, and i really recommend to see one entire weekend live. 125cc the biggest competion allways 6 or 8 guys togehter. MotoGP (800CC), amazing the noise they do. And Rossi kicked ass in Estoril.

125cc racing is actually the best class. There are no big chassis/hosepower advantages from bike to bike.

The riders must use the best racing line and stay off the brakes. All the top racers started in this class.
