My satisfaction began on the phone with Lisa and her ability to get us just the right place we needed. When I made the reservation, there were four of us going . . . two days later, there were eight who would be in attendance for Labor Day Weekend. She changed cabins for us, even granting some leeway with a four footed guest as well. What we saw on arrival was perfect . . . perfect cabin, perfect amenities, we were all pleased and will return! The best Big Bear video I have seen. Great quality. Cool cabins. Looks like Golden Bear Cottages is a great place for a winter getaway. In fact, it looks like a great vacation place anytime of year!
