  • for the people looking at this vid and comments my sister and i was thinking these are sissy workouts till we tried after we got done making fun of it and this does work the next morning i was a little bit abbier this is the best workout ever we r doing it every day this works for all ages im 11 and she is 17 and it works for her and me

  • can anyone help me out? i'm skinny like I have skinny arms and skinny legs wtv but my stomache is kinda fat and flappy and i have a buldge on my lower ab which makes my lower ab bigger and more of a buldge than my upper abs. I want to get a FLAT stomache and get bigger arms, can anyone help me out and btw i tried eveything cardio crunches legg lifts for a long time i cant get rid of it

  • do work my abs the same way i work everything else, with 3/4 sets 20-30 seconds inbetween sets and 1-1.5 mins between exercies. does anyone have any thoughts on that

  • I used to do this and go running on alternate days last spring, it really works! I almost had a six pack. Then I got busy and stopped

    Now I've got a layer of fat covering my abs so I started again. So far I've gone running 3 times and done this twice.

  • You might be going to far or its just skin or fat being pushed together so it feels weird so just keep doing em and it might go away

  • For your abs to show, you must first loose 90%stomach fat doing cardio activities such as swimming, biking, running, etc... Most people see improvement in 3-4 months. You should eat 5 small meals a day all including protien, vegetables, and fruits.

  • Twice a day nice man I do it once a day plus a hour of cardio before and some streches. I can feel my hard 6-pack but can't fully see it yet about 2 months and i will be ripped =)! Hope you stick with it!

  • ab workouts are not great for wieght loss one crunch only burns 7 calories you would have to do hundreds upon hundreds to lose any wieght

  • it might actually make you gain weight. muscle weighs more than fat. if u want to lose weight do something more cardio. try jumproping to your favorite cd outside. make sure u sweat. alot of it is water weight. but if you do this w/ some cardio u'll feel alot better and be able to see a difference within time.

  • at first all these videos seemed dumb to me, I felt he wasn't working out the abs very much. But it suddenly dawned on me, he's doing muscle confusion without coming out and saying it. It's virtually the same exercise but it's just off enough to make it different.

  • lmao, actually he focuses on a muscle group with each different exercise. but yes, an exercises for a muscle group uses other muscles too... like when you do it the antagonist muscle will work too. for instance when you work your obliques your pack will get tighter too because thats its job. to absorb the oblique power thing.
