US President Bill Clinton tried to press the UN to lift the arms embargo in order to have Bosnian muslims weapons to balance the conflict and engage in airstrikes against Bosnian Serbs and but most of them said no because they said in endangers the UN peacekeeping efforts there. Europe and the UN are full of shits. US President Bill Clinton tried to press the UN to lift the arms embargo in order to have Bosnian muslims weapons to balance the conflict and engage in airstrikes against Bosnian Serbs and but most of them said no because they said in endangers the UN peacekeeping efforts there. Well during the last few years, over 450 UNPROFOR troops were caught and held hostage by the Serbs! didn't work out!
The UN finally granted the US action against Serbs in 1995.
