  • Awesome job man - lovin it!

  • Legal laws that are good:

    Plates should be a requirement

Registration/Insurance/Licenses/Fees for said paper are stupid (there to just generate revenue)

Parking tickets for parking in meters etc. I think of this as extortion... depending on where the meter is... meters infront of places of business etc... for commercial areas shouldn't be there... people need a place to park cars to go to work.

Speeding 10 - 20 mph over the "limit" is reckless behavior depending on the level of traffic and road

  • the law is a game to survive you have to know the rules.

  • Speeding tickets are tantamount to "pre-crime" Blocking a bus stop is "pre-crime", it could be clear that a bus is not due for hours, but they ticket you anyway, that creates waste, the spot is being wasted, the government thus by deductive reasoning is creating waste for the purpose of unlawful revenue generating.

  • @Dre4dwolf Complete nonsense. You could say the same for a lot of crimes, like possession of an unlicensed firearm for example, you're not shooting anybody yet, but you think you should be allowed to carry one anyway? Speeding laws are put in place specifically to SAVE LIVES. You ignorant fuck

  • @007RoyalFlush Speeding laws are there to directly generate revenue.

9/10 times they pull you over for going with the flow of traffic.

Besides the laws are not just or fair, it applies only to selected groups of individuals, people who know police often bring piles of tickets to their friends who delete the entries and rip up the tickets for them... how is that fair? that the "legal laws" do not apply to select individuals.

The laws are unjust and victimless crimes which are not lawful but legal

  • @007RoyalFlush If that was true, it would simply be unlawful to injure or hurt someone.... punishment after the fact, not before it.

If your reasoning applies, they should simply hand out tickets to people driving ANY CAR at ANY SPEED, because simply getting into a car is a RISK of injuring people.

  • @007RoyalFlush That being said, I agree with the traffic laws in the sense there should be some REASONABLE penalty for speeding... if you are going 70 in a 65.... or what not , you should be pulled over by the police.... its not speeding tickets I really disagree with, its parking tickets etc.... for inspection stickers/registration stickers,

Plates are a GOOD thing, as it helps to catch people committing real crimes with vehicles.

  • @Dre4dwolf If anything penalties for speeding need to be much harsher. People don't seem to realise the danger of speeding, it has become socially acceptable to speed, this needs to change.

  • @007RoyalFlush The hell with change, the hell with what people think "needs fixing".

All these smug bastards trying to make us "green", morally devout citizens.... , charging us/robbing us for their perceived "greater good".... who is anyone to tell anyone what is right or wrong.

This is just a step removed from that movie pre-crime, soon it will be "illegal" to own a car.... to eat salt... to grow your own food, to breast feed a child, what next? monitors in every home? telling you what to eat?

  • @Dre4dwolf I apologise for underestimating how much of a retard you are. Can you really not understand why speeding is wrong? I think you need to get hit by a car, then you'll understand.

  • @007RoyalFlush hahaha, I have no real gripe with the traffic "laws", I have a gripe about how they are implemented and how they are enforced.

Speeding along on an empty high way presents no clear and present danger to anyone, (going 10 - 20 mph over) I have been speeding 10 - 15 mph over the limit for over 6 years.... never so much as a scratch, infact speeding has saved me twice from an accident as there are times if I wasn't going fast enough I would of been hit by idiot drivers....

  • @007RoyalFlush Not only that, I think in my 6 years of driving the only tickets I have ever gotten, are parking tickets, and I never pay them because they are bogus....

If I blow through a red light going 90 ... sure give me a ticket, If im late to the meter for 2 minutes, blow me.

If a "sticker expires" blow me also, I should be required to have all these bogus stickers/badges on my property anyway.

License plates are ok, so atleast a car can be identified in REAL CRIMES.

  • Parking tickets/ tickets for expired "stickers" and other BS are all fraud and extortion, and serve only two purposes.

    1) Generating Revenue

    2) Providing jobs to unskilled workers.

and maybe a third, stressing people out for no real reason, I can't count the times that I get tickets for street cleaning, meanwhile the street cleaner doesn't even pass by or just blows by my block going 35 not cleaning much of anything.

Just fire all the meter maids and setup a donation inbox for the state.

  • @Dre4dwolf 1) Generating Revenue - And where do you think this revenue goes? 2) In what world is creating jobs a bad idea? Don't break the rules and you won't get fined, if you're that stupid that you keep getting caught, it's nobody's fault but yours! Dumb fuck.

  • As long as what you do, does not break a LAW, you are fine.

Statutes/regulations/legislation etc. are just BS rules the government puts there for Revenue Generating, The law says to be charged with anything there has to be a crime, and there has to be an injured party, you can't penelty someone for a crime they have not committed yet.

The law is there to PREVENT HARM/PUNISH HARM BEING DONE, you can't prevent what you can't predict and you can't assume an outcome based on such short observation.

  • syndrah I ENJOYED YOUR STORY VERY MUCH, I LIVE IN USA, BUT I THINK WHAT

YOU SAID IS RELEVANT HERE TOO. GREAT ADVICE AND I ADMIRE YOU.

I'M NOT DRIVING, JUST TRAVELING. AND NO I DON'T HAVE A CONTRACT WITH

THE STATE. NO ID. AND I WILL STATE THAT I'M ONLY SIGHNING A TICKET UNDER DURESS AND ALSO WRITE THAT ON THE TICKET IF I EVER GET ONE.

BECAUSE POLICE WILL ARREST AND KIDNAP YOU HERE IF YOU DON'T CONSENT TO SIGHN A TICKET. THEREBY BREAKING THE JOINDER. I'VE LEARNED ALOT WITH VIDS LIKE YOU

  • Also, If someone does not have a licence that means that as far as I know, you have never driven a car, and do not know how to drive safely and in accordance with the law.

  • For next time (obviously you will get pulled over again), If you have budjet, you could get a dashboard camera such as these....

    watch?v=-tk5xAEo9AE

It is also good for protection...since not all the cops are as civilised as the ones you've encountered. The link is for the nevergetbusted chanel..

Merci beaucoup for sharing your experiences with civil disputes surrounding the common law.

  • you're an idiot, when you are a freeman, you show proper paper work, you can't be a freeman just because you feel like it... it is a long a process. plus i bet you either get aa welfare check or have a call center job

  • you're an idiot, when you are a freeman, you show proper paper work, you can't be a freeman just because you feel like it... it is a long a process

  • GOOD JOB MAN FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT

we need to spread this like virus and take our country back

  • what is this guy babbling about?

  • Well done, next time just say "I do not conscent the searches", and be done with the assholes, cuz thats what got u saved at the end.

  • Something tells me someone is lying...

  • Yeeeeaaaahhhhh!!! Hahhaah LOL That's right. I tried it here and the cops here are ass*s big time. They man handled me on camera, tried to pull me through the window and then the door. Mind you two of the male corrupt officers were doing this. They threatened to haul me off to jail and then harassed my family got in their cars and drove away with a quickness. Next thing you know I get a misdemeanor complaint charge from the DA because I was not doing what they asked. I also asked for ID.

  • FUCK THE POLICE!!!!

  • You said you weren't endangering people and that you were following the rules.

You ARE ENDANGERING people, you are NOT FOLLOWING the rules, you said yourself at the start of the video that you were speeding doing 10-15 miles per hour over the limit. You think that because your a sovereign you can just do whatever you want?

  • @BroomeBlocker4 what rules did i break?

  • @syndrah if you were REALLY going 10-15 miles over the limit, you broke the rules that say that the maximum speed that everyone must adhere to. for you to say that you were not endangering the public safety is ignorant and a lie.

  • @BroomeBlocker4 - your paradigm is faulty! at common law, there are no "speed limits" to observe. One acts reasonably and pays for all damage he/she causes. That's a lot better LIFE and COUNTRY than one where you have this b.shit victimless "crimes" such as here in AZ where you can drink a beer and wash your car in your driveway, BUT if your keys are in your pocket, then your DUI! such b.s.---it is all about REVENUE and oppression so that the slaves don't rise up and protest the BIG BANKRUPTCY!

  • @phxvalleygirl First off he said he was following the rules, not the common law. Also I would say that speeding in a car isn't exactly acting reasonably and is slightly different than drinking a beer in your front yard as you are putting people's lives at risk.

  • @BroomeBlocker4 Who did he hurt? Did he damage anyone's property?

  • @almsfsdjgx. No, but he could of had he not been pulled over, he was speeding in a car, so he could of crashed or killed someone. Would you say someone is in the wrong if they started shooting in the street if they didn't hit anyone? I like the fact that he got away with driving an unregistered car with no license, but he should still follow the road rules, especially a speed limit which is there for safety reasons.

  • @BroomeBlocker4 speeding.... not always clearly dangerous. firing a gun in a crowded area .... clearly dangerous.

do you know where the term common sense came from?

not saying you should drive like an ass but better to be looking at the road than the speedometer

  • @BroomeBlocker4 catch me doin 100 in the 60. 10 or 15 over aint nothin, its especially not endangering anyone

  • Brilliant, it remembering everything when you need it that's the key to this stuff, but practice makes perfect, so keep it up man

  • Nice. :)

  • greywolf24 the only evil is ignorance... Its called research...

  • once you revoke the right to be governed corporate law also known as statute and legislation no longer applies ONLY COMMON LAW

  • You shoulda got the police officers names. I might have known them. Were you on the west side? Were they lasalle or windsor police?

  • WOLFIE!!!! YOUR HERE TOO!!! Will you have my fucking babies already? You've told me twice now you would, and yet still you play coy. Come over bitch, so I can impregnate you, once and for all.

  • @TheCurtisnixon OMG, that was classic!!! I am literally crying over here...thanks bro...that bitch better stop playing coy!!!!

  • @jaddyesko I've come to the conclusion that wolfie is a fucking psychopath, and needs to be controlled, by blocking and ignoring him. While I tried for many moon's to have that lycanthrope have my children, it seems that he has other moons to bleat at. He is, after all, only a sheep in wolves clothing..

  • greywolfe424 is a troll

  • I like the comments from people like Greywolf who are so hopelessly brainwashed and enslaved to the corrupt hierarchical system of corporate governance. He feels so threatened by Syndrah's actions that Grey frantically tries to tell us how wrong he is for trying to be free. Keep promoting the American way Grey.

  • Fan fricken tastic! Cops here in america would probly arest you no matter what they are totally nazi out here, Though I have not tried this on cops, it works in court though, just asked the judge who are they looking for? are you lookin for the corporate fiction with this name or the sovereign individual? stumped em,,,,,

  • cool story.

  • Great story man, I liked the way you knew your rights so well.

  • 1. He didn't commit negligence

    2. There is nothing in the Canadian criminal code C-47 that states negligence is punishable by 14 years..... such claim can be considered fraud.

    3. There is no common law right to travel anywhere in north America, it is a constitutional right and has nothing to do with operating a motor vehicle.

  • Legal Dictionary

    Main Entry: neg·li·gence

    Pronunciation: 'ne-gli-j&ns

    Function: noun

: failure to exercise the degree of care expected of a person of ordinary prudence in like circumstances in protecting others from a foreseeable and unreasonable risk of harm in a particular situation; also : conduct that reflects this failure called also ordinary negligence simple negligence

  • Legal dictionary is not LAW OR CRIMINAL CODE.... IT IS A DICTIONARY.

  • your right, its not but i dont have blacks law or bouviers in front of me, but i do remember looking at it a few months ago and its pretty much the same. if i had it id cop it out but i dont.

  • Main Entry: fraud

    Function: noun

    Etymology: Latin fraud- fraus

1 a : any act, expression, omission, or concealment calculated to deceive another to his or her disadvantage; specifically : a misrepresentation or concealment with reference to some fact material to a transaction that is made with knowledge of its falsity or in reckless disregard of its truth or falsity and with the intent to deceive another and that is reasonably relied on by the other who is injured thereby

  • b : the affirmative defense of having acted in response to a fraud

2 : the crime or tort of committing fraud fraud> —see also MISREPRESENTATION

  • Fraud

    Fraud

    380. (1) Every one who, by deceit, falsehood or other fraudulent means, whether or not it is a false pretence within the meaning of this Act, defrauds the public or any person, whether ascertained or not, of any property, money or valuable security or any service,

  • As in fraudulently claiming something is punishable by 14 years... thanks for making my point.

  • them claiming they have power over you is claiming in itself, thanks for making my point.

  • (a) is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to a term of imprisonment not exceeding ten years, where the subject-matter of the offence is a testamentary instrument or the value of the subject-matter of the offence exceeds five thousand dollars; or

    (b) is guilty

    (i) of an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or

(ii) of an offence punishable on summary conviction,

  • where the value of the subject-matter of the offence does not exceed five thousand dollars.

  • doesn't say that anywhere in the Canadian criminal code.

  • Oh sorry, you're still on fraud

  • he broke the criminal code of canada by committing fraud under section 380 of CCoC

he commited negligence because he failed to protect my rights by infringing upon it.

the charter of rights and freedoms enforces our common law rights by making sure the corporation of CANADA respects common law right even more. common law is UCC as of 1933(bankrupcy).

so common law is considered as security transactions for each person who "breask the code"

  • keep dreaming, you are the one who made fraudulent claims.

  • nope i backed up everything i said, just now. and it proves that they are the wrongdoers

  • You haven't backed anything

  • There is no "common law right to travel" ANYWHERE in North America, it is constitutional law that has nothing to do with operating a vehicle.

  • An act is a law, it is legislation that has been enacted.

  • within a society or infrastructure and upon consent of the governed.

CANADA is a corporation, i am sovereign. they do not have jurisdiction nor will they ever will.

  • Very cool, thanks for sharing your story, whoop whoop

  • Blacks law 9th edition says a person is a human being, also termed a natural person...

  • yes there slowly trying to bridge the difference, check previous editions.

  • @syndrah Well obviously you've never looked. Sorry to say that. But I have looked extensively and the real thing that got you off the hook was because they just don't want to waste their time with you, they'd rather find a more ignorant human being. Here it is, Blacks 2nd edition:

Person: A man considered according to the rank he holds in society, with all the rights to which the place he holds entitles him, and the duties which it imposes.

    Cont...

  • @ProtestSpp Cont... A human being considered as capable of having rights and of being charged with duties; while a "thing" is the object over which rights may be exercised" - Blacks 2nd

You should look up the definition of Social Contract in Blacks 9th.

It is our Birth Certificate which creates the binding social contract. You denied consent to those cops. The "Society" that the statutes are made for is the Law Society.

Now what you did will work for traffic stuff usually, but not for taxes

  • You did good though in using words against words and you're far better at it than most people, but you have to be careful. I am not calling myself a "Free man on the Land" As that is a status. I am calling myself an Ambassador of Heaven or Prince of God, because "Canada is founded upon the principals that recognize the supremacy of God" and I am also going to rescind my birth certificate (along with everything else). But until then, I am not free, because I have not rebutted the social contract

  • @ProtestSpp Menard teaches one side of the law, he doesn't touch the god issue. All freedoms come from god. That is a well established principal in law. And anyway, you owned that cop because he was a noob. He had no clue. But try arguing with a crown prosecutor over taxes, saying that you don't have to pay taxes because you are a human being, not a person. It won't work. People have tried it.

I agree with everything else though. Good job. Keep studying this IS the right path to freedom! :D

  • u better consent and accept the benefit lol

  • right on you tell it like it is..in the good ole US of A you would be treated much WORSE..be glad you are just a Canadian with much more Freedom ..you're also very good looking eh...

  • dude usa is the same, you just need to know how to enforce stuff.

  • haha

  • Speaking of Irene, she is quiet these days. Maby she finally got back her freedom in exchange of her silence ?

  • If they mentioned Irene Gravenhost there were clearly on their toes and knew what you guys were doing. The word is around about what happened to the cop who prevented Irene from commercial freedom on the freeway.

you know.. the cop who agreed on a 300 millions$ fee in exchange for a signature on the ticket? Ask the judge of that court case WHERE is the COURTHOUSE now ?

  • Great Example! Thank You!

  • Yeah - you take part in the freeman society, but have no problem using the roads that everyone else pays for. What - did you think the roads are paved by the asphalt fairy? So under your delusional logic, you actually believe a cop should go to jail for 14 years for negligence...and you call yourself a freeman, - such a filthy hypocrite. Driving 15 over the limit is not "following the rules of the road" - you have defacto admitted such rules exist. So tired of you fucking nutjobs.

  • you fucktard highways and roads are for use of sovereignty BEFORE crown or corporation. TAX is a scam.

  • Yes they were, and they were called PATHS. Back in the day's of Jesus people probably made their own sandals too. FYI - fucktard is way overused - if you're going to go for the big youtube comment win, you absolutely must use some originality. Such anger for a freeman...lol. Care to respond to my questions now? Or do you need more time to pull an answer out of your ass?

  • and who owns those paths. the queen, the queen declared all her land as sovereign back in 1941. go back and learn english history and the past actions of the queen.

  • And in the interests of all concerned - and for those wish to use those paths, it was decided that to make life easier and more convenient, they would be paved, and bridges installed, and traffic lights/signs as those paths became more congested. And - in order to pay for this convenience, tax - was levied. In your dream world, are you going to replace an I-beam on a bridge? Do you use the roads to go and buy food, your webcam, your shirt you are wearing, your ear rings, your car?

  • sure ill be more then happy to give you money in gold. oh shit i forgot we got no gold.

    oh well.

  • Typical - nothing of value. You really are as dumb as you look/talk/type.

  • why is it dumb?

  • Do you SS pay your taxs for roads? Thats what gas tax does. Property tax pays for schools, police, local. You just keep sending your property (labor exchanged for valuable consideration) to the Bankers for loaning money they created from thin air to the government and live in that dream world you have had created for you. Google 'grace commission' -Ronald Raegan.

  • LOL If you only knew the law..., but it's ok, If retards like you would know the real truth and how it works, it would be worst than it is now.

But for you, naaahhhh....person and human being are the same thing,

Act, law, statue pfff..who cares about the difference right ? Just pay your taxes and bitch on your local radio show. You will feel better.

go away now, Let the adults discuss peacefully

  • good on you buddy keep at it and stay free :)use your god given right to be a human being .

  • superb!

  • @declangunn1

    to quote and return

    "wow, you're an idiot"

Do you even know what he's talking about? Did you know that an automobile is not a motor vehicle till it becomes registered? Then and only then, can it be considered a motor vehicle under the highway traffic act. I suggest you do some research, or at the very least, not comment on things you don't understand.

  • bad idea trying to tell the cops what to do...you should have served him with papers..arguing with the police can give them joinder...

  • nope they need a name and a birthdate, without that they got shit on me.

  • yeah last cop was chumming up for info. say nothing be nice but say nothing or as little info as possible.

    great!

  • In California they would have likely had no mercy even if you were right. Very excellent work, congratz.

  • Wow... you're an idiot. And so is every other person posting in agreement.

Did you know a horse-drawn carriage is a "vehicle"? So is an automobile. You need to brush up on your legal definitions, tweeker.

I call bullshit on this one.... "uhhh, I said something along those lines.... what did I say".

Negligence isn't a crime, only if its in context to a specific charging provision that has language of negligence of carelessness in it.

  • "negligence per se

    /-"p&r-'sA, -'sE/

: negligence that consists of a violation of a statute esp. designed to protect the public safety

NOTE: Recovery may be had on a theory of negligence per se when the harm resulting from the violation is the type that the statute is designed to prevent, the plaintiff is a member of the class of persons sought to be protected by the statute, and the violation is the proximate cause of the plaintiff's injury."

  • vehicle is a registered automoblie.

  • @declangunn1 read the definitions in a law dictionary. Then go and read the LAW, not the statute or act, the actual law. Its states very clearly that a driver is someone who is operating a vehicle on the public roads for profit, transporting goods or people. Thats paraphrasing it but im not going to do all the work for you. There comes a time in every young mans life that he needs to search out the truth for themselves. Brother, for you, i would say that time is now.

  • SICK!!! great job!

  • Comment removed

  • superb! For once someone got it right and did not get dragged out of the car window lol

  • Where did this happen??

  • Comment removed

  • Win !!

...but lucky to have encountered reasonable cops.......wish there was more of them.

    Well done !

  • :O !!! Guys i have to know where to start. I need help i know nothing it those laws things. Is there a website that can help me, step by step?

  • Congrats, more of us need to know and uphold the law and bring the corporation governments under control. Lest we lose common law thru our ignorance, it took our ancestors hundreds of years to achieve common law rights only for recent generations to fall asleep and pawn our rights to fascist corporations.

  • Good for you. Stand up for your rights!

  • What a great example on how to face the pigs. We need more videos like these.

    Thanks for sharing!

  • lol ! Well done my man.. ! very cool and brave of you..!!

and lucky sounds like u got a unchipped cop.. ! bet he was wound right up.. Negligence..!lol

fyi Do they have tazers there, here these brain washed cops been tazering 12 yr olds thats the fascist land of oz for you,.. ! keep it up.. Go Freemen.... !

  • Awesome Syn! Keep up the good work!

  • Comment removed

  • its pathetic that you have to result in such lowly tactics like this in order to try discredit me...you really are the laughing stock. btw im talking to padre right now...were having fun laughing at how delusional you are.

  • well done, but next t ime you make a video go to the toilet 1st. You were jiggling about like u needed 2 p.:)

  • sorry i was just nervous for no reason :(

  • You and others alike are a complete disgrace to the movement.

  • please do tell me how.

  • Alright I apologize for that comment. You are not a disgrace to the movement. You are a great example of someone who has done a great amount of research, and is starting to put it to good use. Good job being able to stand your ground in the face of authority. You have my respect.

  • w00t, great story syndrah! glad you stood your ground.

which state corporation tried to make you bind to being an actor?

  • I'm proud of you...good job! I just wish more Cops would know the difference.

  • I spoke to a officer that's a friend of mine in ontario .. he said that you would be in cuffs if you tried that on him

  • then tell him that hes going to have to pay to enforce statutes on a freeman

  • Sorry but as much as I despise pigs...I just dont get what you're on about here. Only in Canada. You'd be brutalized within 15 minutes of all that nonsense in USA.

  • i think your lying.

  • on what?

  • hey nice good stuff will keep this in mind

  • 2/2

but sometimes when its really windy, i hear a sound that sounds like a pixie shouting "..thank you kind stranger.."

    like my story ?

what your doing is saying words. words mean nothing. and i dont believe your crappy story, just like you dont believe mine.. you have no idea what the police do for you.. and you have no realization of what a place, a country, a world would be like without them...

if you havent taken the hint... i dont liike you... im very pro-police.. i hate people like you

  • dude, tell me where in this video have i said that i wish police would be gone. i KNOW with our piece of crap system we need cops as long as money exists because with money we will always have problems. hate is a strong word, try using a disagreement. no need to be hating people im just simply telling a story. if you dotn believe it then oh well not my loss. i dont need your affirmation to tell me this didnt happen.

maybe you should realize what my views are about the world/place/country 1st.

  • 1/2

okay, i do realize that was going a bit far, (saying "hate") i take that back.. i "dislike" people like you.

what are you trying to achieve then ?

wasting police time, winding them up..

what good do you honesly think is going to come out of this ?

if you know, and feel the need for police why dont you let them do their jobs without making pointless and inconclusive arguments with them ?

  • 2/2

you were 10-15mph over the limit.. thats breaking the law.. ive ben done for speeding before, and guess what, i paid the fine, i whent on their crappy course, and i stopped speeding. it honeslty doesnt need to be as complex as some people make it...

  • you completely missed the point right. its not the law. if you even read the motor vehicle act and see who it applies it only applies to registered vehicles. since our car wasnt registered we are not subject to the law. and the main point in this was to educate the police in order to do their REAL job which is to preserve the peace rather then enforcing policies. You come at me like i hate police and yet fail to see what i try to achieve. why dont you go and start reading some acts.

  • whatever you say buddy....

"why dont you go and start reading some acts. "

i have better, more constructive, more usefull, more interesting, more important things to do with my time... but thanks anyway.. :/

whatever you do or say or read, its not going to stop the police doing the good job that they are doing, so why bother ?

  • Comment removed

  • awkword is telling you the truth elfasa.

    Natural Law

Commercial Law - contract happens here

Common Law - what we as society normally do / law of the land

Statutory Law - recorded in code by the law society -ex(income tax act) (motor vehicle act)

    Political Law

you are only under statutory law by the contracts you are in (drivers license - motor vehicle act) Statutory law is only enforced by your agreement. when a cop asks do you understand? and you say yes...you just waived all your rights.

  • you paid the fine with liability funds pal... which only discharged the debt and left the asset and interest that you created in escrow. If you actually "paid" the order then you would have done an AFV on the original order, or you would have done a 1099 Acquisition on the account.... you could file an OID and abandonment and get back the liability funds. Then you would have paid. Instead of being ignorant to statute law, read some acts, and realize the trusts you are operating in commerce.

  • i dont have a bloody clue WHAT your going on about....... in english ?

  • that is english... this is law. since 1933 the people have been surety for the national bankruptcy. your birth certificate is evidence of a trust, the SSN or SIN is evidence of a cestui que trust which is to be used to handle all of your debts in the public once you gain power of attorney to this account. By taking substance out of commerce in 1933 they offered to pay all public debt. There are 2 forms of "money" money of exchange and money of account.

  • It seems that you (elfasa) are coming from a position that this is nonsense what I am telling you, when you could spend a few hours researching the IRS, federal reserve, etc and find all the answers clear as day.

disbelief in information that is coming your way without doing the work to disprove / prove it right or wrong is the definition of ignorance.

USA / CANADA / ENGLAND / WALMART / TIM HORTONS / JOHN DOE are all the same corporation in chapter 11 bankruptcy.

  • That isn't breaking a LAW, it's breaking an ACT. Acts only apply to a person, not a Freeman-on-the-land, and ACTS are VERY DIFFERENT from Laws... if you knew anything about your rights or anything else for that matter, you would realize the meaning of this...

  • "if you knew anything about your rights or anything else for that matter" hahaha, thats a little bit harsh dont you think, im at university, reading for a degree, i know lots of stuff..

im trying to make something of my life.. be a usefull, helpfull member of modern socioty.. unlike some people, who just want a good argument with anyone that will give them one..

  • Trying to make something of your life? I make something of my life too, except I do not have to pay taxes. You're a lost cause buddy, the governments are corrupt and evil, and although the police may not have any clue what is going on, I still do not have to talk to them or they pay me money. I have my status as a freeman, sent it to the highest people in government, trust me... what I say stops them from doing a "Good job". Too some research before you talk shit, or go back to your 9-5 sheep.

  • thanks guys for supporting my position even further.

  • well your not being helpful to society by not learning true commercial law and learning how to operate in the public without creating debt. If you are accepting benefit privileges then you have given power of attorney to an entity. look up the word person it is only referring to your corporation (JOHN DOE) which was established with the SS5. By taking responsibility and learning how to operate the vessel on public and private then you are being a useful member of society otherwise a debtor

  • I suggest you check out modern money mechanics put out by the federal reserve of chicago to learn how money really works. Maybe you will realize that you create it with your signature, and when you work a "job" you are discounting your credit to a wage per hour being an original issue discount which can be returned to the principal being you before 36 months otherwise you have added to national debt, the bank declares the asset in escrow abandoned and then fractionalize loans from your credit.

  • and in 1999 we entered a new period of bankruptcy (70 years) chapter 11. a new surety was pledged. and now the government does not only have legal title, they can gain equitable title on all assets.. meaning they own the whole game. Thus the bailout - pumping more liability funds into corporations to buy stock when they already are legal title holders. you better learn how finance and law really work, because if you don't you will continue to suffer from higher taxes, etc.. DEBTOR

  • 1/2

one day i was walking along a road and a grizly bear came up behind me and tapped me on the shoulder. i turned around and asked him what he wanted. he said he had lost his pet pixie. a single tear rolled down the bears cheak.... i felt bad for the bear, so i told him where he could talk to a transexual leprichaun, because the transexual leprichaun knew about this kind of stuff. the bear thanked me and gave me a french kiss and 2 used ear sticks.. i never saw the bear again.......

  • good work.

  • thanks, feels good to be free :)

  • Favourited, 5 stars, excellent result. I've been waiting for someone to do this so successfully and post about it. Now I'm just waiting for some Brits to do it too and prove that we are right and they are powerless. The only part I think you got slightly wrong is that Canada isn't a society or else it would be called "the Society of Canada" That's Rob's point that we can't name the societies we belong to so they don't exist and the law society's statutes don't apply to us unless we are daft.

  • 5 Stars.

    Saved to favorites.

I'm back to hittin the books!

  • thx man appreciate it

  • Nice first encounter. You need to study conditional acceptance. You need to be with the as-king of the questions. I accept your offer to take me in condition upon pre-payment of $100, 000 canadian dollars. So if you have the $100,000 go ahead and fork it over and I'd be happy to let you take me in, otherwise I suggest you depart forthwith.

  • oh yes i know. i abuse that for letters sent to verify debt..i just didnt see the hassel to go through for this, i still had a good outcome.

  • Well done fella. 5stars!
