Even though most banks earned several billion dollars for 4th quarter in 2010, is foreclosure still going on? Where did the banks earn that amount from?

On 2 occasions Wells Fargo said they were going to give us a loan modification. The last call was for more bank statements, after asking a few questions & noticing that we had not missed a car payment/one car; she changed her mind and cancelled us on the spot. We filed Chapter 7 in 4.5 business days to stop

FC. Wells was given permission to remove the stay. Hoping to try for a loan mod again or deferment. We heard a forbearance is not a good idea. Thank you for this service.

I doubt there is any help for the unemployed like my self ... with no income I can't file for bankruptcy ... my only hope is seeing if they have the original promissory note ... I don't what do know anything else other than keeping my home ... I have NO life without it. The elite are closing in ... I need the land to grow food, without it ... am as go as dead.

@homeloss I can't give up ... not until there is no doubt that all hope is lost ... I know I must find another way to bring out an income I just hope I have enough time to learn how to be innovated. The good paying jobs are not coming back hyper inflation will kick in soon, the elite are seeing to that. In two years if we the people don't take a stand we will no longer recognize our country and we will be a third world county. I will fight to keep my home. Thanks for posting.

I've just received forbearance letter from my bank, on the 2nd month bank will re-examine my financial situation.reason why bank can't approve my loan mod is due to economic crisis, no work offer by my employer. been 2mos. no work on the 3rd mos. if i cannot pay this , bank will file foreclosure without further notice...$5,000.00+ very difficult to produce this amnt.

I am in a condo and the HOA are trying to forclose on me because i cant keep up with there nickle and dimeing me i have to the end of the month to give them two thousand dollars . I called my bank and let them know but i dont know what to do.

We received foreclosure papers.Owing 6 pymts.The mortgage company has given us the run around(Do not send pymts,cpt updates,pymt review inquires, etc)had a pymt set up for may 31 to prevent did not try to come out of our acct.Contacted co. on Jun 9,there is nothing they could do b/c sent to foreclosure that day.Husband & I have medical records of being in hospitals over the past year.He is self-employed & we have a 3&5 yr old.still no resolution, they are gathering fees for loan mod.
