:( i didn't want snake to die. Honestly they should've atleast been able to reverse his aging so he can be at an appropriate age, and live peacefully like that. But he's old can't reproduce has seen all his family die before him and its really sad seeing snake the legendary soldier as an old man who's given up on everything basically. I think that if Snake would've been as he was in (MGS2) which would be his appropriate age in MGS4 appearance wise he couldve gotten Meryl =/

My sad moments is when raiden destroyed the gekkos,metalgear rex and ray both end up being destroyed and the mk2 being destroyed.those poor metal gears

I think that Emma's death in MGS2 was pretty sad because you hear all this stuffd about her and Otacon have went through and how much you had to go through to get her to the shell and...man I cried my eyes out because I was like...*cries*...that was a total waste T.T

i think metal gear solid 1 was better,

in twin snakes they took it over the top, was like watchin a matrix film, and they werent able too get all the voice actors soo, it sucks because of it

anither sad bit in the mgs series is in mgs2. when otacons sister emma was killed and her pet parrot was saying his name and saying i miss you. and he burst into a uncontrollable rain or tears knowing his poor little sister was dead.

Man I ain't gonna lie. I'm gonna tell like a man. I cried when Big Boss died. That was my favorite character, was a good guy not a bad guy. Solid snake got sad at the end also.

Man, I couldn't even begin to put these in order from which ones I think are saddest.  Mgs is the best series ever, you could call these games art. Mgs is be the best series ever made...With a story that involves war, politics, science, history, and many more things, this IS the best series ever. You can't NOT say it's awesome, unless of course I'm talking to a final fantasy nerd...ither way, you get my point XD

When Big Boss died, when Grey Fox died, and when Big Boss visits the Boss' grave at the end of MGS3: those are the points in the Metal Gear Saga that made me cry. its a very emotional saga. but still the VERY BEST SAGA EVER AND ALWAY WILL BE!!!!! ALL HAIL HIDEO KOJIMA!!!!!

i think that is true but when emma died in MGS2 that was bit emotional the only thing that took the emotions away from that is that we had to play as Raiden.

i agree with that also Metal Gear Solid 2 when emma died that was pretty sad also. Metal Gear Solid games are my favorite Playstation games. Metal Gear Solid forever.
