I want special tracks for my next project car, so don't take this as a criticism of the tyres - but surely any old tyres on any old 4x4 could handle that?
I've never driven something like that, so I don't know for sure, but it seems like it should be a bit of a cakewalk.
@MudBarf The idea of that event is to do it fast, but without lifting wheels or spinning... rubber on rubber can be slippery, combined with the bouncing of the vehicle going in and out of the holes makes it a challenge... It's not so much a challenge for the vehicle, but for the driver to exercise control over the vehicle :)
Oh, and tracks would make that very easy though :P

@fukawi2 Ah, right. So it's a time-trial! Yes, that seems like a lot more fun, because suddenly you have a real challenge in front of you.
