It's not cigarettes or murder it's obesity! Most of the time obesity is caused from eating too much meat and dairy. How many obese vegetarians or vegans do you meet? I haven't met a single one.

Meat itself is not bad, its usually because of the way people cook it,(FRYING). Lean meats like chicken or fish ARE good for you.
