youtube IS NOT AN english only channel.
Freedom of speech and expression gives a fundamental right to a person to post a video in his/her language of choice
Kundalini Yoga comes from the very basic ancient sanskrit and hindu texts.
So yes a translation can be provided BUT is not mandatory.
