@TGBA28 This is sam from the LBF speaking for chris, i think having durians on anyboard is a bad idea reguardless of wheel bite. They woulnt get WB but rethink the wheel choice and notify us ( if you want) for any questions. We're huge nerds and would love to help.
@TheLongboardForum Thanks! The only problem is my board got backed over by a car. The deck is the only thing damaged and I already have paris 180's and durains already and cant afford to buy anything other than the deck. Plus, I really like them both, so im not really wiling to buy new wheels. I cant afford to go over 140ish on the deck. Would you still reccomend the comet fsm? If not, what do you reccomend?
@TGBA28 Hey its Chris this time. Coming from an owner of an FSM I say go for it. Its a great board for everything and the low price is a great add on. Plus, if your FSM ever breaks due to something faguely relating to longboarding, Comet will replace it for free so its a great way to save money. This board has some killer slides too.
@TheRaccoonTamer I feel that. I guess i just have a different stlye in board and i formed my interpretation of the board off it. You had no durability problems?
@XDalmoX I have never ridden one, but i talked to a guy who worked at a longboard shop ap in vermont and he said it was a great board. Lots of concave, but you have to be careful about what trucks you use with it to avoid wheelbite. At least thats what my understanding is.
Thanks, good review, I'm considering it over the vendetta, do you think that is a good choice, I'm mainly into light DH and sliding, some manuals, shovits and that kind of thing.
@TheJawws Definently. The Vendetta's concave is really intrusive. The deep tub makes you feel like you can't come off the board (in a bad way). My buddy had one and he hated it. Both have good kicktail for shovits and such but the rocker on the FSM makes it a lot easier to manuever the board.
do you know if they fixed the glue problem with the 2011 model?

@ohairybear I emailed Comet and chatted with them over the new FSM and press systems.

My Arbor axis koa broke. I am looking at getting this board. Would 75mm durains fit on the board without wheel bite?

@TGBA28 I agree with sam, durians suck. When you flat spot or core them, get some s9 race forms and make yourself happy ;D
