What type of nail polish remover do you use? whenever i try to clean up my nails afterwards it has a hard time trying to get it off.

@Dragonflykisses33 I used to use Onyx brand (with acetone, or pure acetone). I'm currently using Cutex brand (with acetone.)

I thought this was gorgeous, I thought maybe it might be less messy (?) if you put the glitter polish on the stamp then the white over it then scraped then applied? I know the glitter wouldnt be on the blue so much but Im guessing it sould be slightly less messy. What do you think? Will get this stamp. Loved it and your personalisation of it.

I really like this idea.  I've been looking at some videos about water marbling and in those ones most people put tape all around their fingers so as not to get polish everywhere, you could probably do that in this case too to save yourself the big clean up job. Great video and great idea too.

@NailsbyYouNL If you use tape around your fingers (like most do when doing a water marble with nail polish) you won't have any clean up to do. Or cut sponge smaller and that will work too. Or using a eyeshadow sponge would be better

what if you just out two different colors on the stencil to start with, couldn't that do the fade style ? one color on top of the stencil, and another on bottom.

@lamourdudee that would give a more defined line between the colors, but yes, of course it's doable. I'd definitely recommend using Konad special polishes if you're going to do that on a dark base color though.

The sponges I use are the standard triangle makeup sponges. I got a big bag for about $5 at a drugstore. (They are smaller in my tutorials b/c i pre-cut them into smaller pieces so I waste less :)
