I met Josh Homme last night and can truly say he is LOVELY - he was shattered after a really long gig, yet he still made time to meet fans who were lucky enough to get backstage and when he met me, he said "Hi, how are you sweetheart?", gave me a really nice long cuddle, posed for a photo and when I asked for his autograph, he drew me a big loveheart around his signature - which p*ssed my friend off because he barely looked at her and she didn't get a loveheart :P

I would be pissed, too...however, i doubt If he could pinpoint who the hell it was...I mean, you're performing for thousands, not expecting anything and you can pinpoint who threw something?
Also, not too sure about Norwegian Law, but in the US, the second that kid got taken into custody, he no longer posed a threat...and Josh's assault would be prosecutable. As he could prosecute that kid (his family if a minor).
