John Peel played this a lot in the late 70's. The drums building to a crescendo at the start just builds the excitement. Big John Langford was the powerful drummer. Heady days. There are quite a few gems like this in the punk era. Great guitar riff.

First time I heard this was when Bowie did a 2 hour dj slot on radio 2 in 79. I was taping it and had to turn the tape over after this one started. It was 20 years before I actually heard it in one go without a gap in it.
